How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

1. The hotel needs more lighting in room and outside. 2. They charged a huge Amount for a glass of milk for my 2 year old son. (In all previous hotels I stayed was never charged)
It's a very clean property with good animities for the price i paid. Breakfast was also good. All animities were provided including bath 🛁 tub extra large bed, hair dryer etc

It was some problem with the temperature of water in the bathroom. We had two rooms for our family on one floor for but far from each other. In one bathroom, the water was extremely hot from the start. In another, the water was cold for a very long time. I had to take a cold shower. In the morning we asked for help and plumber came at 11.00 a.m. The problem seemed to be fixed. But in the evening, everything repeated. And next morning, the water again was warmer at 11.00 without any manipulation. So it appeared the hotel had a problem with water heating and mixing it at high levels or when many guests take showers at one time.
We liked the hotel. It has an exquisite interior. Many items of traditional culture are used in the decoration. Very comfortable sofas and armchairs in the lobby. And even a real Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Rooms are spacious and have large comfortable beds. The city is very beautiful, and location for hotel realy good, but we traveled during Ramadan, so museums and restaurants were closed during the day. It was impossible to swim on the beaches, we only used the hotel pool and order room service. We wanted to see more. You should take it into account while planning a trip.

Nothing that noticed but one point though , there was entry for rock bottom even for the guest... Highly recommend not charges for hotel guests
The stuff MR. Shashi as always has a good sense of professional. Mr nikhal was very cooperative by showing me many rooms because of my room orientation taste!!!! Sonia full of smikes ! Very welcoming. I left my phone charger she made some one come to my car at the check out timing

- I sent an early email asking for early check-in, when arrived at 10:20am, the receptionist did her best to get me to pay extra. She only surrendered when I was about to sleep in the couch in the lobby. Same thing happened with late checkout, they refused to let me stay until 3pm although it's not a weekend. Taxis other than theirs are not allowed to pick guests from in front of the hotel. I had to walk away from the hotel everytime I wanted to order a taxi. No free water, you have to pay. Even your everyday free two bottles of water, you have to fight to get them.
Lovely location for beach lovers, very nice walk by the beach at this time of the year. Breakfast was good but needs more variety.

Pool was not that much clean in the evening.
Room was nice & clean. Impressed with the availability of a Jacuzzi. Pool was very good in the morning. Reasonably good breakfast.
