The outside looks OK but the inside of the rooms need to be fixed. The paint needs to be fixed. The wallpaper needs to be fixed. The lamps need to work properly. The chairs are falling apart. It’s hard to open the doors.

I wanted to stay 1 night more and came at 16:00 hrs to ask for it but they said I just should leave because I didn't ask for it in the morning, I was never in that situation, I had to move to another Hotel

the mattress has to be changed the shower head in Room 210 must be changed at 08:45 - first time knocking at the door like hell after 10:00 every 10 minutes knocking.. I can not understand what is the reason of that, but please, if your guest don‘t want to have a mother/father wo getting them awake, let them have their privacy. the breakfast was the worst on our trip around the world.. I think I don‘t have to explain, but everything was empty, not only the food - even the cutlery and milk was empty.. telling to the two waiters didn‘t change everything. don‘t include breakfast if you can not handle it.

The place was not clean clean when we arrived (one mirror still had tomato sauce or sth like that smeared, the mirror was behind a sliding closet door that becomes bathroom door so I imagine cleaning crew does not open close it to check), I told them and they did clean immediately after. The sink had a problem and water would not go down (after 2 reminders, maintenance fixed the issue). During the entire 10 days, we were always missing a towel, either hand towel (we got only 1) or for the bath floor. One time we didn't get any at all. Also fixed upon request. The dryer broke down and I never got a replacement even after twice asking. Any other hotel or B&B I'd let it go but I chose this hotel to at least get towels and a blow dryer.

The place has a good location and security guards at night in the garage entrance. The personnel was very friendly and took care of the issues below.

The room we booked had a kitchenette, with sink, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. But apart from those things there were no utensils to enable us to prepare or reheat food. No plates, no cutlery and nothing to wash up with. This made the sink and microwave rather pointless. There was also no bin in the kitchen, only the small bedroom bin, which quickly became full. We ordered some food from room service, which was ok, but we had to pay cash on delivery, which I was not expecting and am not used to doing in hotels. Several of the umbrellas around the pool were broken, and only one ice machine in the hotel was working, and this also broke down for part of our stay and would not bring ice to our room. There was a sign saying that room cleaning is on demand only, which is fine, but the signage doesn't seem to match what actually happens. We were awoken at 8.30am on Christmas eve, asking if we wanted it cleaned. There was no "do not disturb" sign available or we would have used it. The breakfast was pretty terrible. I tried to eat it on our first 2 days there, but then gave up and didn't bother for the rest of the stay.

The room was large and the bed was quite comfortable. The pool area was clean and uncrowded. Reception staff were helpful and arranged a taxi for us when we were leaving. Reception staff spoke pretty good English. Good and cheap guest laundry facilities
