I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this resort on May 22. The air conditioning in my room was not working, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Despite spending the entire day trying to get it repaired, the staff was unable to fix it. To make matters worse, the host was unresponsive and did not attend to calls, adding to the frustration. Overall, this stay was a waste of both time and money. I would not recommend this resort based on my experience.

According to booking.com, there was a list of facilities we were supposed to have in the room - among them a fridge and a flat iron. Unfortunately, those 2 were missing. Told the evening receptionist, gave me a nonchalant answer. Told the reception at check out - also just a oh sorry. Also, the sink was cracked. Stayed in this hotel several times. After this last experience, I don't think I will come back.
