There are 2 flights of stairs and the ac was only in living room and not in bedrooms.

The location is sublime. The area is quiet and there are many bars and restaurants. The apartment is clean and comfortable with a view over the small peaceful square. The beds are comfortable too.

No hot water in kitchen, and plug didn't fit. Made it hard to clean up after ourselves, especially after cooking. Some detergent for the clothes washing machine would have been appreciated. Accommodation was quite warm. The small aircon struggled to keep the place cool. It was 37 degrees Celsius outside though.

Location was excellent. Everywhere was an easy walk. Nice space for our family. We were comfortable. Small kitchen meant that we could cook meals. Area felt safe.

The flat now needs some attention in terms of maintenance. It was clean and has the basics, but things need repairing and updating.

The location is fantastic in a lovely square that is 5 minutes to the cathedral and walking distance to all the major sites. Really, this location is unbeatable. The one bedroom flat has a lovely terrace to sit out on for breakfast or after dark when it is cooler in the summer.

- the breaker would trip whenever we used the iron - the place is clean but needs repair. some floorboards are sticking up, broken window frame, etc - I wish the bathroom window had proper blinds instead of a sheet curtain

The kitchen accessories were really basic. Nothing in terms of basic cooking essential (salt, pepper, oil) apart from 4 coffee pods to use with the coffee machine. No recycling instruction - we took ours to the city recycling bins.

Communication via Whatsapp excellent and help (ie need of extra toilet papers, kitchen towel) responsive. We took the recommended transfer from the airport which worked well. Excellent location. Downstairs is a bike rental shop with friendly and multilingual staff. Lugagges can be left for small fee.

Flat didnt had enough cups and had broken hair dryer but the owner bring us new, so dont hesitate to ask for repair or help.

A comfortable flat in great place, close to the most important places. Very good restaurants around. Helpfull workers.

- Biggest concern was no hot water in the kitchen. - Also, lacked a few little things like a broom or any way to clean the floors, or some place to hang towels, and extra toilet paper, paper towels (these are just things that other places provide). - Finally the photos of a walk-out balcony are quite deceiving. It makes the customer believe that is what they will receive when not the case. (even on this survey it is used as the primary photo)… be honest in your adds

I didn’t push too hard to find out but I guess the pictures are across several of the apartments and not necessarily the one you are booking!

We had the top floor flat overlooking a delightful square with a handy cycle shop and a flamenco theatre. Great show at the flamenco theatre:-) Plenty of space for 2 or 4. Ok kitchen, good shower etc Very handy for the sights and bars/restaurants of the old town and the station, buses etc.

Top location, really great for exploring the old city. Lovely square in front. Nice spacious apartment for a few days in the middle of the city. Amazing helpful neighbors at Rent a Bike.

- Apartment was a bit poorly cleaned (especially dishes) - Some small thing need renovation/repaint - I was missing the some kind of tent on the terrace, since you can't use it at all during daytime because floor is too hot and straight under the sun

It was not advertised that the apartment was on the 2nd floor without a lift. We were made aware that there was no lift, but not about the 4 flights of stairs and by the time you get to you floor it’s in complete darkness as the light timer doesn’t last long enough. Also, the apartment is need of some development. The dining chairs are broken, the flooring is all water damaged and warped at the joins. The is bare plaster where a leak has been fixed but left unpainted, the sofa cushions were not clean, broken lamps smashed, bathroom cabinet is all water damaged, and the shower doesn’t drain fast enough, so water flows all over the bathroom floor. Some very simple easy fixes would greatly improve the property.

Beds very uncomfortable. Apartment is very tired and needs updating. Very basic kitchen. On our third night we were woken by a very loud crash - this was a huge bit of plaster falling off the ceiling in the lounge. This left quite a mess which we then had to clean up. I informed the property manager who offered to send the cleaner but did not enquire about our safety.

It need serious maintenance, the floors are rotten, and the windows don’t fully closed so if it rains (happened tu us) you’ll get water inside, also gets really cold (we came in winter) The bed is extremely uncomfortable, has a V shape mattress that push you to the middle so for 2 is very uncomfortable!

The location is perfect! The size of the apartment is ideal! The staff is super friendly and helpful!

This apartment and the pictures are a complete fraud. Apartment is in a catastrophic condition, it unbearable stench of rot, it is dirty and unmaintained. The windows are broken and replaced with a cardboard box. The floors rise from the dampness. All the windows barely open and close and let the wind in. The wall behind the bed has traces of blood from crushed insects. Electrical installations are dangerous. When you turn on the water heater or toster, the electricity goes out in the whole apartment. This condition is the result of years of neglect. I booked for 5 days and left after the first sleepless night and find beautiful room in hotel next door.

I didn't like anything, in fact the apartment was so terrible that it ruined our trip!

The photos shown on booking.com are not what one sees at the property. The floor is severely damaged with loose boards in several parts of the flat, decayed woodwork around the windows, ill-fitting windows and doors that don’t close properly and allow wind and water to enter. Cracked paint on the ceiling. Dirty stained fabric on the headboard of the bed, unhygienic toilet with ill-fitting floor boards. There is no notice on the description of the property of the lack of a lift to a third floor flat, which makes it difficult for a disabled person, like my husband on two crutches. There is no notice also of a narrow spiral staircase, which makes carrying luggage difficult. The outer door offers no security and it could be forced easily. In the dark of the staircase, it’s difficult to find a light-switch so I had to use the torch of my phone. I can submit more photos and videos of these defects if required.

Air conditioning worked fine in bedroom but not working well in living room, in heat.

The location is excellent, in old quarter, very close to all historic sites and walking to great restaurants. Our top floor apartment in this historic building had lovely terrace, with view over beautiful quiet plaza. The host staff were very friendly and helpful and responded to any enquiries. Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, small bathroom ok, kitchen basic but fine for us, washing machine useful too. We would stay again.

Not clean The refrigerator did not work We found cockroaches in the toilet, and at the entrance of the building, we contacted the property, and they sent someone to disinfect, but it was kind of late because we were checking out the next day Overall, we expected a relaxing getaway, but we were disappointed
