The rooms have seen better days, don‘t expect modern furniture. The chairs on the terrace have partly been broken, which is a bit sad if you would like to enjoy the private view. A bit overpriced.

Absolutely stunning views! The pool and the main lodge are great! Also the view from your private terrace is just amazing. The service is super friendly, we even got a singing and dancing session from the kitchen staff and waitresses. The food was delicious.

The family room was spacious, but the walls were open on top so there wasn’t much privacy between bedrooms and bathroom.

The view is incredible. You need 4WD to get to the lodge, but if you don’t have it, they will drive you up. I think it was charming. The food was good. Staff was kind and attentive.

There are a lot of stuff but check in was little tricky. I would like to have more informations about activities, everyone told me anything different about morning hike. But we really enjoyed our stay and I recommend this lodge to everyone.

The location is exceptional and you just have to spend the night here because of view. Other things are less important. You just sit and look to the canyon. You can search for elephants with binoculars. Food was tasty, breakfast was good for us. The pool was cold but we enjoyed it. You can arrive with 4x4 vehicle or there can be arranged transport from the parking.

we did desert elephant tracking which was the worst experience in Namibia, they took us in middle of villages driver wasn’t very friendly and the guy who should track the elephants get lost so instead of elephants we was trying to find him and we didn’t see any wild animals and we didn’t even found the tracker. so my opinion don’t do this activity!

it is nice small chalets with beautiful view. Very good breakfast and dinner. staff at restaurant and reception was very friendly and helpful.

i was afraid of birds, lizards, and snakes. thankfully I didn’t see any otherwise i would have a heart attack. this of course is normal in nature, so just be aware that it’s a natural place, so that might happen. it may not be everyone’s cup of tea. also, poor internet connection, but again- you’re supposed to enjoy the nature.

stunning location, and if you can’t make it up there they have 4x4s that will take you there once on the property. bathroom and rooms are super clean and nice to sleep in.

very slow Wi-Fi

absolutely stunning location and views - one you are unlikely to forget Property is situated on top of the plateau and is NOT accessible by two wheel drive vehicles and 4WD would struggle. A minute transfer is always available Rooms are quite basic and do not have TV or Wi-Fi but the views are stunning Do take the evening sunset / wildlife drive for for a drink and a sunset you will not forget.

the bath is old and the shower can be improved - not a let of light in the room - no electrical sockets for electricity (you have to charge your cell phones or dry your hair in the lobby) - breakfast very limited

The paths to the room were extremely uneven and a long way away..Not safe at night. The road to the lodge was not kept well and potentially dangerous . Food average

The place is a bit run down and value for money this is just too expensive but the view and kind staff make it absolutely worth it and I recommend a night here
