“Nice and quiet place. Meals were very good, also was the service. The staff was always friendly and helpful. As a special service the cook did take care that we got our car filled up at the gas station (because you never can be sure they have gas and are open!”

“Although the campsites are quite closely sited, clever screening gave a feeling of privacy. We were lucky to have a site looking over the (dry) riverbed. Ablution block was spacious and clean.
Staff at the pool bar were friendly and provided a good lunch in the large dining area, pleasantly situated in a little green oasis.
We enjoyed the buffet dinner, with a few outstanding dishes.
The campsite reception shop had a good selection of essential supplies.
It may have been worth staying an extra day to take the opportunity to go on the all day tours into the Conservancy.”
“Palmwag lodge is located In a serene, isolated area of Namibia, really near Himba villages and that's why it hit our road trip list. We did visit a village nearby and had a nice experience overall. Rooms were really nice decorated and dinner-breakfast buffets were good.”
