Nothing really to be honest.

Really nice location. We had the ground floor of a house across the road from the main building. Good facilities with fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. Staff really friendly and food excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Could do with a more detailed clean, a fair few cobwebs around the room. Also the toilet roll was wedged on the toilet roll holder, really difficult to get the toilet roll off. Shower area could do with a refresh. No breakfast before 09:30, which caused us a problem - really odd for accommodation.

Great location and nice room with kitchenette. Good room facilities.

The only thing I didnt like and this is really being picky is the fact the window didn't open in our room and it was a really warm weekend

Such a great location for the airport. Melbourne is a lovely market town. Everyone so friendly. Everyone made us welcome in the pub, even the chef. We booked in for Sunday lunch, very tasty. Our cottage over the road had everything we needed for an overnighter, really nice decor too. The pub didn't do breakfast on Monday so we had Meaks recommended, literally a few doors away, so nice.

The property is in a perfect location for visiting this area . The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the hottest cappuccino ever…. And that is a big tick in my book! 😄

Lovely room again, we are return visitors and enjoyed our stay this time just as much as last time. The surrounding area is lovely too and perfect for a walk and relax. I think it was a lady called Sian that served us both dinner and breakfast. She was absolutely lovely - she is a real asset to the team. Food was lovely both evening and breakfast. We look forward to staying again ☺️

Room felt cold when we first walked in but was warm as we went to bed. Obviously a pub, and didn’t bother us, but there was some noise from the pub which could be heard in the room

Very handy for Donington Park for BTCC race day and coming from the direction of Melbourne meant we got into the circuit Main Entrance in the morning without getting stuck (a friend coming from the motorway spent an hour in traffic). Comfy bed and room was large with nice hot shower, tea and coffee making in the room and toiletries. We also ate there in the evening and service was friendly, food good and recommend booking as there was only one other table free. All the staff were friendly and working hard to make our stay pleasant.

We went into the bar for a drink after eating. There were quite a few empty tables but many still had empty drinks and crisps etc on them. And yet there were 3 bar staff not all serving.. Breakfast seemed a bit chaotic. We waited 45 minutes for 2 small breakfast and it wasn't very busy, but it was nice.

A warm welcome Nice room a bit small nice clean modern bathroom. We sat in the upstairs restaurant for evening meal. Really good.. pizza oven made a fantastic pizza.. served by a lady called Sian who was absolutely brilliant so friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay..
