I chose MVC Eagle Beach for my first trip to Aruba because of reviews from others. I must admit that I was skeptical upon arrival, as the hotel offers little frills; however, my fears were immediately allayed at check in. The staff is absolutely amazing! I felt welcomed right off the bat. The property is very clean and well cared for, and as a solo traveler, I felt extremely safe. My room was adequately comfortable. I see why people love this place... The location is perfect! Eagle Beach is directly across the street--less than a 5 minute walk from my room to the water. The beach was quiet and not overly crowded, which is exactly what I was looking for. I visited the high-rise hotels in Nord, which I both walked to and took a quick Arubus ride to, and was glad I chose the low-rise area and MVC specifically, as it was much more relaxing and comfortable--especially given the Omicron COVID strand. The beach experience was so much better. I had plenty of space to stretch out, pretty much like having my own private space. Also, there's a supermarket within 10-15 minutes walking distance, which was a definite bonus. It's also close/easy to get to the cruise port area. Highly recommend MVC Eagle Beach. I plan to return soon. Thank you to the entire staff for a remarkable stay!

Excellent location for a relaxing beach vacation. Staff was extremely helpful and were quick to address any questions. Breakfast was quick and filling in the morning. Great service overall. Will recommend to friends and family.

I felt like there was a lot of unused space in the courtyard that could have been used for a larger pool. It also would have been better if the on-site restaurant was open for lunch and dinner.

Pool was small

We had a wonderful stay at this quiet boutique hotel right on Eagle Beach. Our room on the 2nd floor was initially facing the roof of the restaurant, but Christy at the front desk was able to switch us to another room with the ocean view. WiFi was very strong and reliable (I was able to get on video calls without any issues) and the hot water/water pressure was strong. The room provided everything you’d need - mini fridge, TV, a comfy bed, a safe, and the aloe lotion. Breakfast was included too. While the variety didn’t change much, it was very filling (fruit, toast, hard boiled eggs, salad, cheese, coffee/tea, OJ, and pastries) Lastly, everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. the restaurant was only opened during breakfast but there were tons of options nearby for lunch/dinner. The beach is right across the street and the hotel has an attendee that will help you with chairs and umbrella. There was a pool but it was really small so we went to the beach instead. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I had some of the best sleeps there.

They didn't have a fitness center though they said their sister property had one that we could pay for - it should not have been a charge, so we didn't use it.

The staff was wonderful, helpful, friendly, accommodating. Anything we needed (taxis, info, late checkout), they were there and ready to help. The place was small and intimate.

Small swimming pool, which is so tiny that only kids can play in it…but not a big deal when you have an amazing beach right in front of the hotel.

The staff is amazing. The hotel is right in front of Eagle Beach which was convenient for us. You get free loungers at the beach as long as you have your hotel beach towels with you. The beach attendant is such a nice person. The breakfast was good.

The restaurant wasn't open when I stayed there, so I had to go off the property in order to eat. They did have breakfast available though.

The rooms are very clean. Right across the street from Eagle Beach. Quiet. The staff is so friendly. I stayed here ~2 years ago and the receptionist remembered me. Great value as well. Easy access to the bus.

There is no tea/coffee facilities in the room. This wasn't convenient but there's drinking water available from the tap. The water from the tap is very nice taste, just like spring water. Other than during breakfast, we couldn't get tea or coffee given that this hotel restaurant is (still) closed after breakfast or 10.00 am.

Our stay at this hotel was great! The staff were kind, warm and friendly. They went all out to help us everyday - calling taxis, making reservations for restaurants and a trip we made. They made us feel at home and relax. It's a hotel that truly Made our Holiday! The room is similar to a 4-star rated hotel. It is of a good size and very clean. The beds are very comfortable.
