Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomMaybe the price of the drinks. And the food choice was very different but didn’t make it bad. The rooms are basic but then I only slept and got ready in it. And the room was not cleaned every day - so had to use the same dirty towels a few days.
I was worried about this hotel, after seeing the previous reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, the staff were lovely. I had a pool view so was lovely waking up to the sun each morning. The location is great, central to everything.

I have stayed here a fair few times now mainly because of location, it’s a couple minutes walk from the bus station which is very handy with the current taxi situation. It’s basic but clean, vibes around the pool are usually good and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is alright, not amazing but not bad either.

United KingdomThe food isn't a brilliant choice and is fairly bland. Does the job though. Paella and the fresh fish were superb but for a 7 night half board stay there wasn't a great deal else that caught my attention.
Location, atmosphere and cleanliness were all superb. Right by Lidl, the bus station and Eden and only a short walk to "The Egg" and all the gorgeous Street cafes in San Antonio. Brilliant for a solo raver like myself

Great location as a base if you want to head out for the day to one of the many beaches, only a few minutes away from the bus station which made it really easy to get around. The pool area if quite pleasant but expect small group of youngsters, but that’s to be expected. Overall a decent hotel.
