“Majority of staff were decent and very helpful, I needed 3 cot beds to surround my bed as my toddler sleeps with me and I use it as a fence, the room service person was great in attaining my request.The only thing I didn't like is that upon our check in they placed us first in a room in the smoking wing, so when we complained, Ahmed Abdel Aziz in reception helped us to get a better bigger room. He was really friendly and professional that I asked about his name to send him a thank you email. He also was very pleasant to deal with.”

“1- Villa consists of 4 bedrooms which is huge and can take up to 4 families, we were a group of 4 families with 6 kids and the villa was extremely convienient for us. 2- 4 bathrooms are available which is a very very very convienient for 4 families where each family had its own bathroom. 3- villa consists of 3 floors as follows: 1st floor: big living room, open kitchen, bathroom with shower facility and garden 2nd floor: 1 master bedroom with double bed a bathroom inside, 2 bedrooms with twin beds and 1 bathroom with shower facility. 3rd floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, Bathroom with shower facility and a roof. 4- a good garden is available for kids to play and enjoy their time. 5- pool is just 4 minutes walking away. 6- beach is 10 minutes by car. 7- kitchen facilities is very well maintained and available such as microwave, boiler, washing machine, a grill in the garden. 8- plates and cups are avilable. 9- a big space to park the cars outside the villa. 10- huge TV available in the living room. 11- Karim the owner is extremely helpful and very decent in treating his guests. 12- the beach is extremely beautiful as it is low and warm so the kids love it and the sands are enjoyable for the fids to play with it. 13- A restaurant overlooking the beach where you can order pizza and sandwiches is available. 14- Stella is near alot of eating facilities such as pizza hut, KFC and Abo Ali and Gambarino Hegi. 15- a supermarket is available just 5 min by car inside stella which was very convienient whenever we needed anything we just popped in and got it.”
