EgyptThe beach was a long walk from the rooms, but it was worth the walk. The sea shore is rocky, so beach shoes are a must.
The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Everyone from reception, restaurant, pool side, and housekeeping staff all went out of their way to make it an enjoyable stay. The food was excellent, and the buffet dinner was varied and delicious. The desserts are especially tasty. Essam from housekeeping staff was fantastic, and the suite was excellent. The pool closest to the rooms was heated, which was good as it was shaded later in the day.

Egyptthe heating in the pools was turned off! it was totally inconvenient. the kids area is poor, the kids aqua was working but the water was freezing because the heating is turned off.
everything was good, the hotel is quite on a huge area so to get to the beach you have to walk for 10 minutes, but there were available golf cars. the food was in a good quality, not a lot of variety. the beach was fantastic. the service is good, but many facilities, like the pool heating, the kids area, other restaurants were closed, were closed/not maintained properly.
