NetherlandsHard to say in this amazing experience but I would ask for: 1. Check in is a bit late around 3:00 PM - I would suggest to have this a bit earlier if possible around 1 or 2 PM to have the opportunity to join the day especially for guests coming for One Night.
This was an exceptional experience which exceeded our expectations from different aspects. Value for money is simply Awesome to have Villa with Private Pool with SEA View! Staff are professional, welcoming, and made sure of for our stay satisfaction. The Dinner and Breakfast had multiple varieties with an excellent taste to all almost all cuisines. The facilities and activities of the hotel are A LOT and worth it! There is a golf car on demand to give a rid from your location to anywhere! The Villa we had, we parked just in front of it, kind of Special experience to have in Hotels.

As my experience i never saw a perfect hotel like Cancun Really appreciate for M.R Ramadan room service manager, chef tamer, chef Saaed the king of omelette and DR Amr so the food is absolutely wonderful, the staff is beyond imagination, the whole hotel is clean wonderful, The rooms are very luxurious, the beach was great so If it were not for the timing of the details there would be a thousand details that would put the place in the finest hotels in Egypt.

EgyptBeach is pretty rocky and hard to enjoy. Only water is served at dinner.
The first thing you notice about Cancun will be surly the staf and their exceptional hospitality. Very swift checkin in minutes. Suite was very clean snd spacious. 2 bathroom option for a family is very helpful. House keeping team is 10/10. Heated pool for kidsand family. Beach is a bit of walk but not far and well maintained with kids area and a garden with games and swings on the sand. A marine to get you to the deep waters. Animation team are super friendly specially with kids. Special thanks to Marwa from animation team which was great with my kids. Food is good and you will definitely find something to fit your taste. Kids club is fantastic for a chage of activities away from the water. Not a lot of walking from room to pool and restaurant. They give you an ice box with bottles of water which was new fot me but very convenient. Lots of activities through the day with Night shows for kids and adults. Overall fantastic experience.

EgyptThe hotel was immaculate, my room was cleaned daily to an amazing standard and the housekeeping staff were absolutely wonderful. All of the staff here were so welcoming and friendly, nothing ever too much. We spent a lot of time around the pool closest to reception as this was right outside our room.
