EgyptA suggestion I would like to add is to have entertainment during night time around the time dinner has ended. Such as live and interactive performances, dancing, games, etc.
The resort was a spectacular experience for my family and I. It was very clean and had a lot of daytime amenties from pool options, clean beach/water activities, and 2 big play parks for kids. Breakfast and dinner had a wide variety of options every day of our stay. We appreciate how accomadating and patient the staff were with everyone!

EgyptThe animation was only for one day during our stay. They charge you for water during dinner i can expect to be charged in the Cafe but not in the restaurant during the dinner time.
We had a wonderful stay, it is a very cosy resort. The staff is really friendly and helpful. There are many varieties at the restaurant,Chef Zein is taking care of every detail and making sure everyone is happy. He is friendly with all guests and children. The animation team party was really fun my daughter Habiba enjoyed it a lot.

The staff are always supportive. The rooms & facilities are very good and clean. breakfast & dinner was great. The heated pool was fabulous. It was really great and will come back for sure.
