To get to the hotel you have to go down a very long extremely bumpy road. If you have a bad back at all, do not stay here or at Fruit & Spice next door. You can't avoid the road & you are very isolated. Once ur there, ur there til you leave. It took us about 45 minutes to get to the hotel from the tar road, yet it's a relatively short distance-yes, the road it THAT BAD.

My husband & I are vegan, gluten free. We didn't realize the food was buffet style which rarely works for us. But the chef was incredible & went above & beyond to make us food every night that was so yummy & amazing. He really made the trip for us!! Thanm you chef!! 🙏🏼

The communication from Staff could be improved. It wasn’t always clear based on your board (all inclusive , half or full board) what was included, whether you needed to sing each time or not , which leds to the occasional surprise on bill.

The villa’s/rooms were fantastic. Spacious with private pools. The pool overlooking the beach was a tranquil and made for a good sunset each evening . The staff were friendly and accommodating.

I loved everything

We were upgraded to the Presidential villa!!! Which was beyond amazing!!! It was 2 bedrooms, with enormous bathrooms, a huge infinity pool, and private garden overlooking the sea!!!

very weak internet - this is unacceptable for business travelers or doing any substantial part-time work leave alone no internet research nor streaming. seawater not great for swimming due to short high tight and muddy / stony ground

The food was good but not as curated as you would think for the price of the place. I would have wanted to see more variety outside the buffet and set menu options. That is the only part that felt typical or not as special.

The staff were friendly and would remember special orders and have a special tea made for me in the mornings after only asking once. The rooms are much bigger than the pictures show and so are the personal pools, cycling around the property from A to B is also a fun touch.

The food options available.. For those who do not enjoy or like buffet they have nothing. Also such a high end resort shoud have multiple options for food. They already have 2 restaurants but only one is operable during meals

The quantity of the food not sufficient as i face the issue daily during my stay. The food in dinner finished with in no time and replenish not happen as expected and take alot of time and some time no replenish at all. Sweet not testing good and it have to improve. Privacy of the swimming pool is not per my expectations

the resort rod is not comfortable very far from airport and visiting place the accounting in the payment was not matching you have to check you invoice and payment carefully

the stuff was friendly and perfect example in reception you find nice guy name Ibrahim from Bahrain speak Arabic he was helping all the time & Benjamin you can find in restaurant preparation and service friendly guy his name is Pritam very hard worker finally was employee for general service was find me all the time ask me if i need any service and plan for all my visit trip his name is Marco i feel relax and free in this resort the wild life is amazing i see monkey and ghazel and many type of bird there

Access to the hotel is not easy

The road to reach hotel is long and bumpy. When taking a shower in the spa zone, I'd expect to have same variety of cosmetics (shampoo, shower gel, body lotion) and decent hair dryer as in the rooms. That could be improved.

The quality, interior design were very nice. Our venue was spacious, and very clean. Staff were polite and helpful with everything we asked them for. In general nice atmosphere. The food was nice with variety of choice at breakfasts, at diners we had served menu as well ass all inc option later (probably when full season started). The served menu did not contain fully vegetarian options, so we could pick among all the dishes from the cart. Prices for food I'd consider regular as in the restaurants. There were monkeys so we had to be careful when opening the balcony doors, cause they were looking for food and easily getting in making the mess and stealing. We were warned though, and considered it as an attraction. But it's important to mention for sb who may be afraid.

I would suggest putting a heating system for the outside pool because it would help when the weather is very cold, you can just heat it up and swim.

Can't really fault this establishment. Good food, attemptive staff who makes you feel really looked after, clean and comfortable villas, nice evening entertainment, huge pool. The highlight of it all is their superb garden, the privacy of the private outside space for each villa and the friendly monkey family that made us smile when crossing paths.

the sauna doesn’t work properly. the heat level is not as per normal it’s a lot less. the road needs some work the bumpy ride is a little annoying. it’s a bit of a mission to break notes and change currency.

I loved the facilities, staff and food. Nerry was great at the reception always ensured we had everything we needed and helped with planning our tours around stone town. she was always with a smile and proactively helping. Wilfred at the front office was incredible, he was always helpful and always with a smile. Andrew at the breakfast area was incredible always helpful and cheerful. Safia was incredible she proactively helped my mom with her Walker and always smiled. Juma was amazing. He took us the to the kimize village and guided us throughout the village he was so polite respectful and helpful. love the staff and the facilities of the resort. the spa is really nice the yoga instructor Sree is also really good. loved every bit of the trip. their gym is good. the rooms are so spacious. the food was delicious chef Arjun is incredible
