Very worn. Door frames heavily damaged. One of the beds would come off its frame when you sat on it! It would shift off the frame and go down. It’s good we had a second bed in the room.

Great location! It is near the highway and lots of services (restaurants, stores etc).

Indoor pool had cold water. I thought it would be warmer. The Indoor hot tub was empty and unusable. Took a nice soak in the rooms bathtub though.

Close to gas, food, shopping. Lots of parking. I had small dogs and my room had tile floors. Hotel had a pool, sauna, steam room. Room had a microwave, fridge, bar sink. Bathroom had a blow dryer for use and a bathtub. Beds had great pillows and bed was pretty comfortable. Front desk area had water, coffee, fruit, donuts and other treats. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms pretty soundproof the night I was there.

Window curtains were a bit tattered... but was able to black out the sun...so mostly a cosmetic issue. A clock visible from the bed would be nice...

This is the closest hotel to my jobsite in Elko. I've stayed here many times over the 15 years I've done work there. Very friendly and accomodating staff.... comfortable beds... good pressure in shower with plenty of hor water.... Several nice restaurants within walking distance... and a shopping center with supermarket, clothing stores etc. It's right off of I-80 so easy in and out.

pictures were deceiving but after seeing the other hotels in the area, that appeared to be the norm. No housekeeping services and we had to request towels daily and toilet paper (less than half rolls at check in). check in/out staff was not very friendly but did have decent interactions with other staff members.

The Key Card machine was broken and we had to ask staff every time we left and needed back into our room. There was a coffee maker, but no cups. No water cups either. Highway noise was a little loud.

Asked for a room on the ground floor and that was met. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Access to the highway was easy to get to and quick.

This hotel seemed to attract a lot of smokers outside near the backdoor. But it is Nevada.

Shilo Inn Elko was in a great location with a grocery store & restaurants within walking distance. It is also very dog-friendly, no hassles.

We did not receive discount that was noted on booking site. Your clerk said the discount should have been reced through website?. Motel is located along a side road and truck noise was heard all night?.
