Repairman hammering early in the day was very disturbing. The walls and the doors are not great for soundproofing.

A little far from the bts station. Though close to a bus station.

The mattress is very comfortable. Air conditioning is well-functioning. The room is clean. The shower is warm. Although the room is small, but it gets all the essentials right. Close to the old town.

The drain out the front is pretty smelly. The cats that just appear outside your door.

For me the location was ideal what I needed it for. not to far from BTS stations and close to MBK & Siam shopping malls. Chinatown is also not too far away so location is great, residential so actually pretty peaceful

The guesthouse has seen better days. Everything is a bit worn, both inside and outside the room. It could definitely use some love and updating. Also, the location isn't great if you're staying in Bangkok for a longer period of time.

My partner and I arrived at the guesthouse very early off the train from Chiang Mai. The owner made sure we could check in a bit earlier which was really kind of her. Overall the guesthouse is a quiet getaway from Bangkok's hustle and bustle. There's a nice little garden and some balconies to chill on, with cute cats keeping you company. The wifi's amazing and the bed is great.

We had booked for 2 rooms however due to checkin issue , we were offered one room with bunker beds and we agreed. the room was decent, the maintenance was good, the host was sweet. the only problem with the location is the drain that runs in-front of the stay, it doesn’t smell into the rooms but if you’re someone who’s keen on the entrance of the stay then it might be a concern. but if you’re looking at the rooms and the overall stay it’s great inside because as you enter the gate, the scene is different, the place is well setup with antiques & plant’s.

Location: If booking.com has a negative review system that will be perfect for this facility, even a tuktuk can't access this property. It's just beside a dirty canal, and if you go out of the room, you will get bad and dirty smell Behavior: The behavior of the owner or manager is not good at all. She try to show herself too professional by giving a fake smile, he gave me a room in 4th floor with a high stair building without room, and so I had to take room in 2nd floor, but she overpriced me. Room: Too small a 10ftx10ft room, no space to sit or keep luggage except the bed. bathroom is only 2ft wide. Can't imagine this can be a hotel. Accessibility: No tuktuk or taxi can't reach the door. The road is too narrow and after that only 2 ft road and if you slip you will be in to the dirty canal. No lift in the house, and stair is very high rise. Absolutely NO for this property.

Nothing I like about this hotel, I taken it for two night and need to stay one day whole and couple of hours so after seeing the small room even I stayed as I had to take flight on the next day. I was in just transfer. Otherwise, it's not stay able property.

One needs to reach the place by walking over the canal bridge. Once termed a canal is now a nullah with dirty stinking water. The stench is continued through the entrance lobby tot he reception desk. The queen size room is too tight to accommodate two people. The soap dispenser in the washroom did not work. The room did not have a window and hence no view. The washroom had a window with a built space almost touching the window.

I loved the interior of the house. It was very well decorated with beautiful plants and home decor.

All was good

Very convenient location, metro is 20 minutes away, a large market is 10 minutes away, open 24 hours a day. There are 2 7-Eleven shops within walking distance, and plenty of street food. We were greeted warmly, there is a terrace where you can have a snack, a kitchen with the necessary equipment, and a small library. P.S. Very comfortable bed, latex pillow and mattress, now I’ll buy one for myself!

AC rather ineffective. Though lack of tolet paper might be explained somehow by ECOlogical or religious reasons, I really can not find reasons for not providing of soap and towels.

Excellent localization. Intriguing vicinity of the night market, vicious streets nearby, settlements around Yomarat and Uruphong stations, not too far to MRT. Azans al day and night. Cats and dogx in the facility. All friendly. This is an atmospheric place. The facility is easy to find when you walk from Sirat expressway, but while walking along a canal you may miss the place, but asking locals will lead you to the place.
