United Arab EmiratesOnly a very minor point was a hairdryer- stops working after 2-3 minutes and can be used again only in 1 hour or so.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is really nice, it’s on the seaside with mountains view. The hotel has its own private beach and pool. Parking is free and WiFi connection is enough fast and stable.

United Arab EmiratesNothing "boutique" about this hotel as the name suggests. Though adult only, seems to be aimed at 60+ people. It is an ageing property with a tired appearance and decor. The gym was basic with hardly any equipment. The Spa is a joke with just two massage rooms attached to the gym. They do have a bigger one at their sister facility- Fanar. But even that was crammed, noisy and not relaxing.
I would have rated the facility worse had it not been for the staff. They are one of the most helpful and hard working bunch I have seen on any of my trips. Their excellent service mad e the stay good. The restaurant was good

QatarBreakfast could be enhanced. Some electric fans to be provided at the outdoor restaurant area would nice. There are an ATM at the near hotel; it would be better if the hotel has an ATM machine. nice bar with some extra snacks/food to be on the beach side.
From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warmth of the reception was unmistakable. The staff at the front desk (Mohamed) were not just professional, but exceptionally helpful and attentive to every need he is very welcoming. All staff of the reception especially (Mohamed and Walla) providing local recommendations, they were always on point with a smile and very helpful. “Mr. Noor” the team leader was very nice and welcoming and show me around and was very helpful and has a good hospitality talent. Throughout my stay, the bell staff were consistently helpful especially (Milad) he is amazing person and extremely care to assist all the time. Whether it was providing directions to local attractions or offering insider tips on the best places to dine, they (all) were always available and eager to help. The room itself was very comfort. The bed was plush and inviting, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, while the cleanliness of the space was perfect. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, from the luxurious bath products to the high-speed Wi-Fi connection. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff’s attention to detail. Each member, from the concierge to the housekeeping team, was courteous and eager to assist, making me feel valued and well-cared for. The hotel’s location was also ideal for relaxing, the beach was very nice and clean, good dining options, access to local attractions (needs a car). Enjoying the on-site facilities, everything I needed was within reach. Breakfast needs some attention as the variety for food items can be increased and enhanced, the F&B staff are very friendly and helpful. In conclusion, my experience was nothing short of wonderful. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a stay that combines comfort with exceptional service, relaxation for escape vacation.

SwitzerlandJust let me swim in the ocean!!! The lifesavers called you back before you were even close to the buoys and still standing on the ground, almost as if they couldn't swim themselves. Makes the whole beach kinda useless. Also the beaches within the marina / breakwater are disgusting, green barely translucent water.

ItalyOne of the most quiet and relaxing property I’ve ever stayed at. As it is an “adults only hotel” it makes it even quieter. All staff was very kind and helpful (mostly solving humidity issues, unfortunately weather was like that during my stay), starting from the receptionist Mohamed, the bellhops Milad (and another guy who I don’t remember the name, my bad 😅), and all the ADD’s staff. The location, even if not in the center, suited me a lot, it’s a very calm place, and takes you only 15/20 minutes drive to reach Salalah, nevertheless it’s nearby to all attractions and natural places located on East of the area.

United Arab EmiratesF&B options in the area for lunch and dinner are limited and not the best quality. Was disappointed with the seafood restaurant at the site. Albeit restaurants across Salalah were not great so this is to be expected.
Very friendly and helpful staff in all departments, breakfast had a nice variety of options and tasty. Location is close to major sites to visit on east side of Salalah, and those on the west side are still within 1 hour drive - we rented a car at the airport so was very convenient to drive around. Great value for money and nice to have a stroll around the marina.
