Nothing - was fine

Stayed here first night of our US road trip, as an easy place to reach after landing quite late in Seattle. Location was easy to get to and move on in the morning, breakfast was good value, staff were nice, room was clean. We didn’t need anything more!

Pillows! They were hard as rocks! Plus, breakfast wasn't really a hotel breakfast and should have been labeled a continental breakfast and there was no coffee in the room

There was something on the desk like dried wax. Wasn’t waxed but feel like more effort could have been made to remove it instead it was right in the way of where I worked on my iPad.

Blanket and bedspread were to insubstantial. Too thin. Toilet was way too low!! It was like those found for elementary school children, down way below my knees. Very uncomfortable to get off of.

Just being recessed off the road but the good outweigh ed the bad

Comfortable clean a good breakfast bar. I was able to watch television while enjoying my breakfast. I could come and go and people were friendly all the time.

Too many things were broken. And when we checked in we had to pay a $50 deposit. There was no deposit mentioned when I booked the room.

We stayed 2 nights. There was no service the second day. We didn’t run out of towels, but the garbage was over flowing by the second morning.

Some of the bedding had been around maybe one cycle longer than its lifespan and the room was very tight for 2 queens. But nothing that would put me off from staying there and all were clean

We did have an issue where housekeeping would try to come in a few times while we were sleeping even with a "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door. If we would not of had our door locked they would have continued to enter.

The room was great. It met our expectations on cleanliness and comfort! We had to wait a little bit to check in due to it being busy but I think the front desk staff handled it quite nicely.

Dirty towel on floor in bathroom, section of trim behind bathroom door broken and laying on floor. Breakfast was stale mini muffins and mini donuts. Very small Styrofoam cups for coffee.

Front desk was not rude, but they were pretty bland, kind of spaced out looking. Nice big smile, and " I hope you enjoy your stay!"..would have been nice. The river they could really use someone mowing stuff down so you can actually see it better. The walls were kind of thin and we could hear somebody coughing the entire time which kind of freaked us out. Also a quick fix for this place could be a better lighting- the rooms were pretty dark unless you have the curtains pulled back, and the rooms are very crowded, kind of small. Not much of a breakfast but that's usually to be expected in these kind of chains.

The microwave in my room didn't work (although I would not have used it, anyway).

I arrived early, and they were able to book me in immediately. My room was quite and comfortable, and the breakfast was very nice, with lots of variety available.

Weird hotel guests, generally the area of the city seems a bit shady, but proved to be totally fine, everybody was super friendly - the city, generally is not worth seeing Bathroom could be cleaner - it is not that there was dirt but you could see brown water spots in the shower and black mold in the joins - not acceptable if you pay around a hundred euros per night! Breakfast is only until 9 am and there are no fruits and basically nothing healthy apart from eggs. They serve muffins, sweet cereals and toast with peanut butter, cream cheese and jam. Please improve it at least a bit…

WiFi not working on checking in, guy on reception not interested as his was working. Ladies on reception the following morning happily rebooted router and all worked fine from then. A little more help the day before could have sorted it
