We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomA very good location near the food and transport hub of the Place d'Armes. The hotel is clean and without frills, good for a short stay. There is no lift and if other guest are in the slightest noisy in the corridors or their rooms your rest will be interrupted. Our bathroom was small but adequate. One of the few affordable hotels in Monaco.

United StatesTrying to find the parking was a disaster. Even the young guy at the front desk could not explain how to get there. We drove to three different parking locations before one of those attendants gave us the correct coordinates. The drivers drive fast and aggressive in Monaco which added to the uncertainty to finding the parking. We drove for over an hour trying to find their parking space. The room was clean,nice, breakfast was good, but the parking dropped the rating.

United StatesStaff - The lady was a little mean to me. She raised her tone to ask why I wanted to extend one night on Booking and to do it with her. Room - The room I was in allowed you to hear everyone coming up and down the stairs loudly. There must have been elephants stayng there. I couldn't sleep. Cleaning staff is very loud - Not a peaceful sleep or ability to rest. They take your key away from you when you leave like a child. So, they have access to all your belongings and EVERYTHING if you leave the hotel.
Location - Perfect Room - No coffee maker (it would have been nice) Breakfast - Unhealthy, mainly bread and sweets. I had the shakes from high sugar content after the only choices I could have
