Having every morning at 4:45 the muezzim coming from the mosque was pretty bad. The zone around the hotel was dirty.

The street was very steep for us to go up. It needs fit people to walk up the hill everyday. It was a bit challenging with the stroller. Our toilet wasn't functioning and we had to change rooms. Facilities were not the best. Very loud at night (garbage trucks)

The breakfast was amazingly amazing and the terrace was lovely. Cavid from the night shift was extremely helpful and gave us many advices about getting around. He suggested tours for us and it was outstanding.

If you are going by a car do not park in the hotels parking. They ask for 18 euros a day. There is parking 2 minutes from hotel and they asked for 9 euros a day. Literally half the price of the hotels parking. Another thing is you could hear literally everything from the floor you’re on. If someone closes a door your own front door to the room shakes and bangs, which woke me many times from my sleep.

Breakfast. The room was cleaned every day. Staff was polite and friendly. The boy that worked there on the reception in the afternoons was really helpful with explaining which parts and what to visit in Istanbul and explained every question that we had.

The Wifi is very bad and I get losing the connection every few minutes

It was very central in a vivid neighborhood with the Grand Bazaar around the corner and many bars and restaurants. The breakfast was very good with a changing choice of food every morning

The only two small things I have to say are that the pillows felt a bit “cheap” and only one per person and that the bathtub pipe wasn’t draining properly.

The staff was great, especially Ali (hopefully this is the right spelling) which gave us lot of tips and was more than willing to help us with any kind of request we had. We paid a little extra to have a sea view room which was worth it in my opinion and the location was just a 10 mins walk from the Grand Bazar! Definitely recommended

the shuttle service was quite expensive but when we told them about our experience they tried to fix it

The breakfast was amazing and had a great view! The room itself was nice and the cleaning ladies were very kind and professional. The location was near a lot of tourist destinations but not in an overly touristy neighborhood. We still felt safe and had no problems.

Hotel's location was absolutely scenic and beautiful with the Seaview room it was mesmerising to see the sea with ships going about and the sunrise every morning. Breakfast was amazing as well, with enjoying the Seaview and the old churches and all. All in all, very beautiful hilly location.

There were no shelves or anything to put stuff up high, out of the kids' reach. And the bathroom faucet needs to be swapped out. Other than that, everything was pretty smooth. No major hiccups or anything.

It is located right in the middle of all the cool tourist spots. And guess what? It's literally surrounded by tons of shops and cafes. Also, there's this pedestrian area nearby, just a short walk away. It's packed with amazing restaurants, and the vibe there is incredible — lots of live music and such a lively atmosphere. It's like the perfect spot to hang out and soak in the city vibes.

The room for two was a little cramped and could be noisy with noise coming from the street.mattresses were stored in the corridor and negotiating the stairs was a bit tricky but there is a lift.

In the bathroom there was a mouldy roof and it was dripping water. Rooms were noisy from other guests

Uphill climb can be a bit challenging to beyazit station!

Staff were very helpful especially Aydin, he went out of the way to make our stay comfortable and even gave me a travel card! Breakfast was decent, view was quite good and location was close to main square
