The room was tired and in need of updating and refreshing, the location of the room was difficult for me in that I have trouble walking. I think the cost was definitely too much for the state of the room.

Good proximity to the airport. Staff excellent helped out well.

I didn't like that a group of people were allowed to smoke at the Bar.

It was a nice place to stay. Staff were lovely and very helpful. A Continental Breakfast was included which was sufficient for us..

Interconnecting room had no insulation between the doors so we couldn’t sleep with all the nose coming through it.

The food was not worth its price, could do better. No free wifi, only complimentary wifi access valid for 24 hours but kept disconnecting pmo. No dryer or washer in room. Price of Hotel room would have been worth it, if there was wifi, laundry and meals included in the price. Bond was only 100fj when we paid more than 2500fj on room and services

The staff were super friendly and helpful, since the first day we arrived. Always had a smile on their faces, welcoming and willingness to navigate us through the hotel and outside.

We were given a room at the far end of the hotel and it was very far from the pool area.

It was across the road from the airport and we had an early flight to catch so it was convenient.

The hotel is undergoing an upgrade. Our room was a bit dark and needed better lighting. It’s was fine for an overnight stay at the airport.

Though the rooms were clean, the decor looked old and tired. There wasn't much natural light so most of the time the lights were left on during the day. The toilet seat in the deluxe villa did not sit properly and soap scum was evident in the bathrooms

Staff were friendly and helpful especially Una who assisted it with our request to accommodate our 21yo son who joined us for a night and gave us a reasonable rate to upgrade from a villa to a deluxe villa.

1. The cleanliness - or the lack thereof. 2. The room was advertised wrong on booking website. The studio villa shows pictures of a living area and bedroom, but we were given a room that was very small with just the beds. 3. Bathroom and toilets were mouldy and very dark.

Rooms very dark. TV too old need smart tvs. No phone in room had to use own phones to call reception. Resort in desperate need of a general upgrade.

Fantastic pool and slide! Good sized rooms. Comfy pillows. Awesome storage in rooms great wardrobes. Great staff. Loved the local music played round pool area. The menu could do with a few tweaks for some healthy options.

The price was pretty expensive, step in baths that are rather dangerous, and food was average. Quite a way from anything else.

Requested a room close to the pool however was as far as you can get. Arranged a transfer from airport after dropping rental car. I rang for transfer and after spending however long arguing with the lady on the phone gave up and walked in the heat. Not far but the heat was a lot. Found the food to be somewhat expensive.

Rooms were spacious. Slide was fun for kids. Staff at reception area were fantastic and lovely to deal with.

Hotel was perfect for an early morning flight. Pool with waterslide, clean and basic rooms costs were on par with the other resorts we stayed in. Food was fine - we had pizzas and kids meals. Free airport transfer in the morning at 5am, no issues.

Located close to airport with shuttle to airport. Accom is tired with dark wood and basic furniture. Pool area pleasant and well tended. Food was snack.

Ants everywhere. Leave opened snack on table and within 5 minutes it's crawling with ants. Lots of smoke from neighbourhood. No plates or bowls in the room. Noisy aircon, it was better to turn it off and open the window shields at night, but that only worked if adjacent rooms have ACs turned off as well. Nothing really around except the airport, which is not very busy btw. Very few vegetarian lunch and dinner options.

Fantastic staff, very helpful and friendly. This is the resorts' top asset. The pool, while not warm, has plenty of space for everyone and kids love it.

I kept getting lost at first. Need more signposts guiding new guests especially at the "intersections" e.g. which rooms are located in which direction. I stubbed my toes on the foot of the bed as it stood out too much from the mattress Otherwise facility was great

The staff were great, refreshing welcome drink The place was clean and the location was good The spa facilities were great, would come again And the pool was enjoyable
