This recently renovated penthouse, ideally located two minutes from a metro station in a pleasant and secure neighborhood, provides an exceptional hosting experience. With one large bedroom, a similarly sized, bright and airy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a massive terrace with city and panoramic views, as well as super-fast internet (200mbps) and a smart television with streaming services like Netflix, this apartment is ideal for both short and long stays. Solar water heaters provide continuous, eco-friendly hot water, and sophisticated, low-consumption air conditioning units complete the picture. Direct metro connections to airport (34 minutes) and Piraeus port (30 minutes).
I will be present to hand you the keys and show you around the house. I eagerly anticipate hearing from you and will gladly react to your email or phone call.
The apartment is located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood with excellent public transportation (metro and buses within 150 meters), hospitals, pharmacies, and a variety of food and beverage options, as well as multiple supermarkets. Free basketball courts are within 40 meters, and the Lycabettus Hill can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. Free parking is available in the adjacent streets.
