Large terraced home by Victoria Park in a quiet no through road. Ideal for families or groups of friends. Open plan living with kitchen, dining room, lounge. 2 double bedrooms and bathroom on 1st floor. One double bedroom and one twin room on the 2nd floor with a view of the Menai Straits. Front garden with suntrap sitting area. Free private and free on street parking. Pubs, restaurants and shops in walking distance in Bangor and a wide range of nice restaurants and pubs a mile away in Menai Bridge. Ideal to visit Snowdonia (10 miles) Anglesey (1 mile) and North Wales. 10 mile drive to Surf Snowdonia and the Zipwire and many other North Wales attractions. Within walking distance of Bangor University. Beautiful scenery, beaches, mountains and walks.

I have been doing this for over 6 months and have always received very good reviews so I hope I can meet your needs well too! Having lived her for 20 years, I have thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful scenery provided by the mountains of Snowdonia and the beaches of Anglesey. If you like the great outdoors, then this is the place for you. Lots of tourist attractions are springing up, such as Surf Snowdonia, Go Below and the Zipwire, so there is plenty to do as well. The local towns are great to visit and offer great food and hospitality. If you need help deciding on where to go, what to see, restaurants etc. please don't hesitate to ask! I should have an answer or know someone that does! Lock box set up for ease of access to the house. I live locally and will often be in the area if needed for anything. I really hope you enjoy your stay and am on hand to help in any way I can. Cheers! Matt
Located in Upper Bangor, the Victorian Pier, shops, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Zip Wire, Go Below and Snowdon Surf Zone only 20-30 minutes drive away. Within walking distance of Bangor University. Beautiful beaches within a 20 minute drive and the mountains of Snowdonia the same distance. An evening out in Menai Bridge with many restaurants and pubs is only a 30 minute walk away, including crossing the beautiful Menai Bridge. Tennis courts and several golf courses nearby Bangor and Menai Bridge are within walking distance. Many lovely seaside towns within 10-20 minutes drive on Anglesey, including Beaumaris, Llanfair and Benllech. Buses run regularly from Bangor to a wide range of locations on Anglesey and Wales. The bus station is a 10 minute walk away. Bangor train station is a 5 minute walk away. The station has direct trains to South Wales, Birmingham, London and the North West. A 5 minute drive gives access to the A55. Once on the A55 Chester to the east is an hour away and Holyhead on Anglesey 30 minutes away. The seaside towns of Conwy, Llandudno, Caernarfon and Betws-y-Coed are all within a 30 minute drive. Beautiful mountain walks in Snowdonia and the stunning coastal path is a must on Anglesey. Many beautiful beaches to visit, especially on Anglesey.
