Nothing was a problem and all of the Staff were top notch. Well done and I really look forward to staying with you again.

Welcome to COMO Metropolitan London, a light-filled Mayfair hotel, located in one of the best locations in Central London. On one side, the luscious Hyde Park. The hotel‘s location is excellent. Central but still far enough away from larger streets/traffic offering calm from vibrant London. Staff is super friendly and the front desk manager Veruschka Cimino welcoming us as repeat guest has been a very nice gesture. Nobu restaurant in the 1st floor is outstanding.

We stayed for 4 nights after arriving to London on a long haul flight and the experience at the Biltmore (service, cleanlieness, facilities, location) were everythign we needed to settle into the new timezone. The senior staff were exceptionally helpful, and with a little more time training the junior staff, they will be equally as good.

The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near to oxford street & hyde park. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in London"
