The service was really outstanding, never experienced anything comparable. The team was extremely friendly, helpful and kind. Easter egg hunt lovely prepared and organized for the children. Location perfect. Breakfast and view amazing - we are for sure coming back!

The smell inside is clean, fresh, relaxing. I felt at home. I liked the tea in the room, always a different variety, kept warm in a thermos, accompanied by different cakes every day. You felt that someone thought of you. When London is on our travel list, we will only choose Bulgari hotel.
