The staff went above and beyond to make sure guests were satisfied. My room overlooked Leicester Square, but when the shades were down it was completely dark and very little sound got through.The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I was concerned that the shower and toilet would be cramped because they're basically in closets, but they weren't at all. They also kept plenty of bottled water available in my room, which I really appreciated. Also, Chinatown, Covent Garden and Picadilly Circus were very close by, so food and entertainment were easily accessible from this property.

The apt is located in the heart of Chinatown , minutes walk from all the main attractions , restaurants .. soho, Covent Garden , Piccadilly … the apt is spacious , clean , has everything you need for your stay including a washing machine :) don’t think twice and stay there !!!! we will come back for sure !!!
