The elevator was not working. We walked so many stairs every time we got back from an event.

No breakfast available at the hotel, on site restaurant is closed Mon Tue. Breakfast options in town are limited as most place don't open until 11am unless there is an early morning cruise ship. The hotel bar doesn't offer snacks and you'll have to walk to town to eat lunch or dinner.

Windward is very close to everything in Charlotte Amalie. It's a bit weather worn... likely from two hurricanes and COVID over the past few years. You could tell it was a really beautiful place about 20 years ago, but it hasn't been kept up.

Really showing its wear. Food has gotten very expensive, a/c was not adjusting temp in room, bathroom really rundown.Way overpriced!! Will look for other hotel next visit.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the towels and washcloths are old and thin, and the tub needs to be resurfaced it looked dirty.

The hotel is in a great location it’s big and spacious. The staff was very nice and polite.

Rude staff (except for few helpful staffers & security 🙂) DID NOT CLEAN OUR ROOMS DAILY! They stated every other day cleaning yet they didn't even stop by our room. Oh & BTW EVERYTHING is Closed that's advised! The pool closed 2 days before checkout. Restaurant is closed Mon & Tues w/odd hours of opp. Absolutely Not worth the rates😏

the restaurant had a man walking around hacking and coughing, grabbing napkins off empty tables, and blowing his nose ... we had to walk out. the room was facing the highway, it was loud, and the beds were not comfortable especially for the price.

Entire property needed repair. Missing tiles and grout in bathroom. All Of the amenities around and in the hotel were closed- no bar, no restaurant, gaming center…etc. The room was not clean very well- still sand on the floor. “Ocean view” room costs more but what they fail to say is it faces the main road- lots of noise!

Room Size was good. The property was nicely gated. Close to downtown shopping and restaurants. The room had a safe. Nice staff. Taco was always ready and available.

Extremely loud and there was a baseball game out our window …. Room was physically exhausted and worn out . I’m sure it was good in its first condition but it was bad . The rest of the premises were nice

property really needs a facelift!!! for $200 a night the bathroom was really in bad shape!!! I know it was clean everything was definitely clean! people very friendly!! the rooms are so loud due to the music at the bar late at night
