It’s on a fairly busy road with a train line opposite, would be difficult to walk from the hotel. However it has a car park and two layers of double glazed windows so no noise at all.

Beautifully presented with a lovely room. The room had a huge shower room and was very comfortable. Everything was immaculate and the owner very welcoming and friendly which is important after a long trip.

Great experience. The owner is very kind and helpful. He speaks a little French and makes his guests feel at ease. Nothing to say about cleanliness, the place is very clean and well maintained. We had a great time as a family. The hotel is on the side of the road, but inside the rooms there's no noise. Thank you for this stay. We'll be back without hesitation.

There was no fridge in the room. It took a long time for hot water to start running.

The room was nice, the bathroom was good as well. There were extra pillows in the room. Window was opening towards the garden. Isolation from the road was good. The parking lot was big enough. The location was good, between Donostia and Hondarribia.

We had bad luck, a technical issue with the airconditioning kept us a bit out of our sleep. In the morning when we mentioned it they took us seriously and offered us a free breakfast. So no hard feelings. But it would have been nice to have a good night of sleep for 135,- euros.

A great location for those who are doing road-trips and looking for a place at the outskirts of San Sebastián. A great host; very clean place and decorated by inspiration from nature. A great breakfast area with very nice coffee and fresh pastries.

Not much of a negative I can think of. Great location, great value. Clean and comfortable. Cannot say if there even is a restaurant.

Staff was incredible. Informative and friendly with giving directions we choose this hotel for it's rare of getting into France to catch the high speed train from Hendaya. It was great.

Only some trains stop near the hotel. It seems very hard to know which ones stop and which ones don't. We had a difficult time to find the hotel due to the confusing train system. It is far from the ocean or any stores or restaurants.

We loved the location for the ease of using the TOPO tram into San Sebastian and also for a further hiking trip from Zarautz to Zumaia. The only downside (and this is not the hotel's responsibility) was crossing the very busy road on foot was not for the faint-hearted.

A very good, comfortable and clean hotel, with honest friendly service. Excellent value for money and in a very convenient location. Although next to a busy road, potential noise is very well mitigated with twin double glazing

Location of the hotel next to extremely busy main road. Traffic almost non stop making crossing the road for the train station very difficult. Leaving the hotel by car quite stressful as so much traffic. No meals available on evening.

Lovely staff, welcoming and helpful . A very clean room with good shower and great bed. Serviced daily. Positioned on a busy main road but with double glazing and air conditioning it was fine. Railway just over the road meant easy journeys to San Sebastián. Great value for money.

Nothing special. Just the breakfast: it was quite basic, but good and reasonable price.

The hotel is good if you travel by car and don't want to staty in San Sebastian. It's near to a sort of highway, but a train station is just 5 min walks if you want to go in San Sebastian. Room was very quite. Generally the hotels looks new.

Unfortunately, there were other guests that night with kids running in the halls, so a bit noisy. And, it was a messy rainy night which discolored our whole opinion of the city. This part of San Sebastian (and neighboring area) is a crazy mess of highways and easy-to-miss turnoffs.

The location was off one of the local highways and not inside San Sebastian - that was good for us, but might not be ideal for everyone. The room was a good size... plenty of room to move about. The bathroom was a good size. The bed was comfy.

rooms too small the shower is not only ridiculously small but the doors are dangerous. the staff is not pleasant walls are paper thin. This is a roadside motel that thinks it's a vacation hotel.
