Location was handy to town centre, a few dollars less expensive than other options, staff was friendly, pool looked nice (but I didn't use it), laid back atmosphere.

No windows, thin walls (can hear neighbours). lobby was supposed to be open until 8pm, but no one was around by 7:30 when I was looking for that evening beer.

The location is great, if you want to be by the airport the night before your flight. The is beautiful, but lots of people smoking cigarettes and pot.

Some staff members were nice and friendly. Close to a nice beach and the island has some nice spots that are easy to get to from the resort.

Loud music, mixed music in different places, loud music in the evening, no where to sit quietly and enjoy nature and the beach. The store and restaurant cater only to meat and fish eaters and poor choices if you want to eat healthy, I do not understand why they even bother putting the calories with each dish as there is rarely anything under 1200 cal for a meal. I had weird noises above me for 6 nights but it never got resolved. Carts are driving up and down to transport guests. The rooms are outdated and you can't actually cook in a studio, there is only a microwave. The cleaning and other ongoings are so loud around the property that sitting out on the balcony is not enjoyable during the day, and loud music at night.

Good location, nice with a privat pool. Fantastic view from the balcony, we booked harbour view. Sweet staff. Loved the gardener.

We paid for breakfast. The breakfast was poor the first day. But day two was really bad. We really should have our money back. Only muslibar, muffin and coffee for breakfast. The staff sad, sorry we did not get any bread today ( frozen bagels) but the store was only 5 min. Walk from the hotel. He could just went there and bought bagels or whatever.. hotel is a good stay the breakfast is really bad even in US Virgin standards. For that money we could buy an ok breakfast in one of the cafes.

The place needs refurbishment. The A/C condensation or water leaks into the room from the ceiling.
