You can make sure that rooms have hot water the frist 2days only have warm water

Did not like the breakfast, but the decor of the restaurant was beautiful. Did not like the slowness of the staff. We didn't get to check in until 5pm. The restaurant food was subpar and very expensive(35.00 for burger and fries). All of the resort food was underwhelming. Any restaurant we visited on the resort the food was cold, nasty, and overpriced. The waitstaff was so slow, I could t believe how long we were waiting. Taxi's we're scamming us. One taxi charged us $50 dollars just to take us to a convenience store from the hotel. Overpriced and underwhelming.

Room not ready at 4pm start time, although very helpful front of house manager sorted us out speedily and with great charm when we said we were not happy (we are over 80 and had been travelling)

It was expensive and the flow of standing in line waiting for your omelet could be more efficient. The toaster needed to be used 2 times or more in order for for the bagels, English muffins and toast to get toasted. I don't think there was an Ala carte menu if you did not want the buffet.

The cost of everything was over the top. While you knew that the room rate was high, they gouged you at every opportunity which became insulting.

Balcony overlooked one of the pools/hot tubs, party area and Caribbean! Breakfast included was great. Could eat inside or out looking at the sea and incoming yachts and anchored boats

You should have a coffee bar in the lobby and having to go to the store and wait in line for a half hour to get a cuppa coffee that was probably our most frustrating thing you just want to have coffee and tea in the morning

Fabulous views great location top shelf resort. I’m sure you have a lot of bugs to work out just re-opening. Can’t believe it was seven years since the hurricane place looks better than it did seven years ago he did a great job with the renovation.

The hotel was beautiful.

I didn't like that all the taxes and fees weren't disclosed until I paid at the hotel and they made the total much higher than what I was told at booking. There was no microwave oven in the room until I requested one, which took hours to arrive. There were no vending machines and everything was very expensive at the hotel.

The hotel generally looked nice and the staff was friendly for the most part. The room was decent and it was easy to get in and out. Breakfast was decent when we could get it.

This property has just reopened after being renovated and rehabbed following a lot of damage from hurricane Maria in 2017. The property was really beautiful and the room was very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and the dining options were fantastic. The view is great.

I don't have any dislike.

I absolutely loved everything about this resort, my room and the staff were amazing. . From All the greeter's at the door those guys were phenomenally awesome awesome Tanisha/ sugar fin, awesome Syreeta on of my favorite at the breakfast buffet, also Natesha , Emoni also at the breakfast buffet....all my girls at the poolside, very nice and friendly.steven at the poolside absolutely great.also let's go alk about those sushi nachos the best I ever had♥️ dinner and bouy hous was great as well steak Philly were delicious.. I glad I picked this place 🙂 So with that being said Westin in St. Thomas absolutely the best resort I ever stayed 10+10 stars for me.🥰
