We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesGreat rooms, nice property, easy walk to town if you don't mind climbing back up the hill when your finished. The restaurant staff and bar staff were very professional and friendly. Food was wonderful both in the restaurant and at the bar. If you're a coffee drinker, maybe have a back-up plan. You will only have enough coffee for a day even if you're there more than one day. Great bellhop service. Ask for a taxi and boom, three seconds later one is there to pick you up.

United StatesThe pictures on the site didn’t look anything like the room that we got, though it was clean and comfortable. Several of the reviews that I had read said that the rooms had been newly remodeled, but ours didn’t seem to be. Very few of the rooms have ocean views, and, when I asked about this at the front desk, the clerk said that the units that had views mostly belonged to owners. Something else that I read led me to believe that we could easily walk to restaurants, which we could not. The resort is atop a hill that you get to by narrow streets with no sidewalks.
The bar and pool area were lovely, with a great view of the harbor. Though the service was a little slow, the food quality and the offerings at the bar were varied and the food was quite good. There were lots of shaded areas around the pool and plenty of tables where you can eat. The bar staff were very friendly and helpful.

United StatesSO. MANY. STAIRS. I didn't realize the island was basically a mountain range, so there are hills and stairs to get any and everywhere on St Thomas. This is also the case at this hotel (which is built into the side of the mountains). If you're generally able to walk without assistance, you will be climbing copious stairs to do anything outside your room. On the plus side, you'll probably come home from vacation a little thinner, and when does that ever happen??

United StatesThe room floor was a nice dark brown tiled floor, but they were extremely dirty as if not mopped. We all noticed this after walking barefoot in the room and sat down and noticed our feet were dark brown underneath.
Everything! And the view from our room was incredible. It was such a wonderful stay in every way and will recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit.
