We wished there was an elevator to the floors of you’re carrying heavy luggage.

We loved the location, the beautiful beach view from our balcony every morning was amazing. Emerald Beach is so calm and quiet during the time we were there ( March 23-28). The food at the restaurant a was hit or miss with the waitstaff who are definitely on Island time. The base was cool, chill vibe and decent music. We liked the small cafe on the property to grab quick coffee and food instead of eating breakfast in the restaurant since we usually were on the go. The simple fact that the beach chairs were included and you’re right on this beautiful beach was awesome! We will definitely be coming back!

needs upgrades 1-bathroom needs to keep the water from getting on the floor. 2-you need to consider solar energy for when the power fields out. the generators did not do enough.

Guests on the beach smoking right below the balcony was annoying. The restaurant is woefully understaffed. We ate there twice and each time it was beyond "island time" to get a meal. Beach was littered.

Service in the sit down restaurant was on slow side. Food was just ok nothing really memorable.

This resort is very close to the airport. The beach was nice and each room has a beachfront view. Food onsite was ok nothing to brag about. Rooms were clean and roomy. Beds were comfortable. Staff was always helpful and friendly.

the taxi said 9$ a person and then when you get to ferry he wanted 3$ per bag. Even if we held them!

it was tired, short staffed and service was not great so we waited an unusually long time to get anything. we were looking forward to watching the big TVs in the tiki hut bar since football was still going but we’re told they didn’t work. the property needs attention.

booked a King got a double. said they ran out of King beds due to a flood. no visible signs of a flood that I noticed on the property. waiters in the restaurant not the most congenial folks. had the attitude of forced labor. Tip was already added to the tab which ensures they get tipped even without having to be pleasant.

loved the beach front and proximity to the airport. front desk staff was super nice. food was good. clean and fresh towels and sheets as expected.

I came here for my wedding and my guest stayed here as well and there was no deal. No bridal appreciation , like nothing was done when i said i was here for my wedding while other hotels really made me feel special and did all they could to accommodate me , So if you are a wedding party pick somewhere else. Rooms are very old. Need updates ASAP , i booked hoping it was getting renovated but by renovated they mean painted new lines on the cement and cleaning up. No actual money investments to upkeep property. Just a hotel room. Nothing special .

This is a great location because it is walking distance from the airport. Also this is cheap stay off the water

Hotel seems short on staff. Waited a long time for dinner to come and it was cold. Waitress did say she'd see what she could do and brought another sandwich which was very kind. Went to breakfast at 7:10 and only one waitress. Most people were getting coffee to go. We took a table and waited a while before leaving because we needed to eat and catch a taxi at 8:00.

Great location. Nice beach. Comfortable bed. Lovely view from balcony of third floor room. Staff at front desk, restaurant and housekeeper were friendly.
