needs a country breakfast did not like the continental breakfast mini refrigerator leaked our food, no temperature gauge in refrigerator, smell of alcohol in closet as you entered the room but went away putting air conditioner on for a bit, only had odor as you entered room ..(closet area) couch in room kind of gross, appears that it can attract all sorts of bugs..we did not see any..room needs to be updated coffee pot dusty dirty..did not dare use it..

When looking closely at the room it was really run down. The remote batteries were taped in, there were chips of wood coming off the door and sill. Overall needs a lot of maintenance.

Great location and walking distance to the main area . The desk was staffed with the most amazing gal, Rae. She was friendly, helpful and my dad loved her so that was a bonus!

My girlfriend wasn’t excited about the spiders an webs on the porch, the a/c was loud an seemed to be loose in the wall.

Location was great, food was pretty basic. Coffee was good.

Since it was offseason, the hotel was very quiet. I liked the size of the room and the sink/microwav/fridge setup. The staff was friendly and wonderful, and I appreciated the passes that allowed us to visit the athletic club in town.

Had to go through a booking agency~ I find them difficult & if the Hotel would have given a set price for the season ~ Not weekend rates or snow condition higher price.

The hotel breakfast was convenient, well stocked, & had good variety.

The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The facilities are dated and need some upgrades. Bathroom was very small. Beds were comfortable.

I thought there were stoves in the kitchenette so we brought a lot of food to cook a lot of it went bad.

Woke up to late to eat. The area was beautiful the young lady at the desk was an absolute delight.She helped us find a grill only one burner work but the burgers got cooked

The hotel is located in the wonderful Waterville Valley, there are plenty of facilities around especially for outdoorsy people. The stay comes with a pass for local activities which is an added bonus.

Nice Location in Waterville valley. Very helpful staff. Room was smelly and carpets are old and stained. Desk clerk was a really nice guy named Mike and he took very good care of us.

great price for what you get. everywhere else around the area was at least 50-100$ more expensive. The manager was more than accommodating and upgraded our room because we mentioned it was our anniversary! the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious!

The bedroom is separate but the doors are glass and there are no curtains for privacy. I booked the room specifically so that I could put my child to bed and stay up but wasn’t able to because of the lack of curtains to keep light out of the bedroom. The range in the kitchenette was not working well. the temperature was hard to control (too hot) so we had to leave the window open.

staff was kind and helpful, the location is convenient, the rooms are large, clean, and relatively modern.

That the pool and most amenities closed at 7:30 or 8. I only stayed for one night but my boyfriend and I were hoping to do some night swimming and some activities other than skiing, but things closed a tad early.

I liked that it was in a pretty remote location and it was very quiet and cozy.
