Not advertised correctly. Offered things like in room coffee / dining table that wasn't available. Restaurant was open very minimal with few options. Bar closed. Room needed updating. Curtains were filthy with peeling window paper.

Staff was not very helpful. Very old and outdated rooms. Broken curtain rod. Toilet bowl not very clean. Old tiles on floors and bathroom walls. No blowdryer or coffee maker in room

View from the lobby over the marina was good. There was a small pool.

Our room was terrible - it was a 2 bed roomed suite. It looked like it hadn't been updated after the hurricane damage. The pool was empty, with huge cracks & looked like it might fall apart. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was cheap but we'd have paid more for a better room.

Not much to like. It was a short walk from town. We didn't use any of the hotel facilities.

the location was great, the bed and showers were excellent and the view from the room was fantastic. The reception staff were also very accomodating with an earlier check in than usual. Overall it was well above a 2 star hotel!

No bar service available for drinks. Not a great selection of food available. Parking very difficult. Difficult to get bags up a steep staircase to reception desk. Unfortunately the receptionist was not very helpful and was quite rude. My room had a broken toilet which did not get fixed and a TV that was not connected. Would not go back.

The cook made a great breakfast and it was served hot - scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage and toast.

It’s run down, not clean, on a busy road. I had a derelict plunge pool outside my room. The windows were filthy. No cutlery in the draws. The manager came banging on our door at 08.45 as she wanted us to pay as we were checking out that day. I tried to explain how disappointed we were with the state of the room. She was extremely rude and said some people don’t mind the derelict pool! there were also a dozen picture hooks in the wall but no pictures on them. Overall an awful hotel. Close to the moorings but I’ll pay extra to get a cab from a decent hotel next time.

Rooms could use a little paint and upgrades, one tub needed replacing of two rooms we rented. You have a unique location and classic architecture to take advantage of. Realize resources may be tight. Nothing wrong that would keep us from future stays.

Excellent AC, great view, value. The cook is very good and she could surely make a bigger range of menu offerings. Friendly staff all around.

It's not really close to anything. We walked to downtown but it felt a little dangerous because there are hardly any sidewalks and the streets are narrow. You definitely would not want to do it with luggage. The hotel itself is on a hill and there are a lot of stairs which are unavoidable. No one offered to bring our luggage to the room, which I would have expected.

This is a cute little place family run hotel. It's old but clean. The AC works and the view from our room was outstanding. The cook does everything so she wanted a specific time that we would dine. She set up our table with a white tablecloth close to the open air wall so we could watch the sunset over the water. It was so romantic! We enjoyed visiting with her.
