Nothing was soundproofed. Could hear everything through the windows even when they were closed, everything through the door and the walls to the next room. Also there was no sunbeds even though the pictures showed them. The whole roof terrace was different and not what was promised when making the booking.

It was a little complicated to find and get into - especially at night with no staff present. There is no phone signal inside the building, so when I was using WhatsApp to communicate with the host, I kept having to go outside to get new instructions.

Very bad noise isolation, as in nonexistent! The showerhead needs to be changed :) No fridge in the room, but there is one in the common kitchen. No WiFi in room 101 - too far away from the kitchen, where the route is :) NOTE: It's an apartment, converted to a 4 room hotel.

Trouble get in the building.(the doors wasn't opening with application) We had requested a double bed instead they gave two sinlge beds and it was very uncomfortable because they were moving all the night so we sleep separate with my wife. The water wasn't hot enough and they weren't any sleeper's in the room They also charge us extra amount of 21 euros for city taxes, with the explanation that this amount is not included in the total price of booking. And finally we where arguing with them because we wanted a receipt of our payment when we gave them the money, instead they wanted to pay them without getting a receipt and they supposed to send us the receipt on e-mail the next day.

The shower was terrible, it took 5 minutes to get warm, there was no water pressure and only a few strands of water coming out. There were no Engish TV channels. Street noise was noisy at times - perhaps get the windows double glazed.

We we're moved to a new location without warning. The new location had no rooftop terrace, kitchen or seating area. There was no compensation for this. The shower did not have hot water. The hairdryer did not work.

The room is nice and comfortable. Good location. Close to supermarkets. Close to landmarks. Good air conditioning. Cleaning staff were good. Room was clean.

The management sent me a WhatsApp message just before midnight of my check in date saying that they needed to change my reservation to a different address otherwise it would be canceled. Once we were there, I asked them for the A/C controller due how hot was the weather. They did not allow me to have the controller, hence I couldn’t turn on the air conditioning and I had the worst experience in my entire one month stay. The bedroom was so hot during the day and the night, I couldn’t open the window as the building is based on a busy road and it is so nosy. I barely could sleep due the heat in the bedroom, the stay was so bad. The next day, they accused us of smoking in the bedroom and even left a sign above my partner iPad to make their point, which was pointless. I do not recommend this place and I want a refund for this horrible experience we had.

Nice location a few steps from Vatican and Piazza S. Pietro. Nice terrasse. But terrible, rude stuff, we were shocked when we arrived. We were informed about being moved to one of their other accommodations a night before, so we went to that other place. But the receptionist there knew nothing about it and we found out that there was a misinformation and we should have gone to the first accommodation. We insisted they pay for the taxi which they did. When we finally arrived after 1,5 hour going around Rome for no reason, there was a really rude old cleaning lady waiting for us. She didn't appologize for the mess and confusion we had been through because of their mistake, she even rolled her eyes, spoke rudely to us and treated us like we were idiots. Not to mention she didn't speak a word in English and she even felt superior as I tried to communicate with her in Italian. An unforgettable, shocking experience. I can't understand why would anyone be renting so many appartments without being able to hire a capable and polite staff.

wasn’t as described in the booking (no access to roof terrace), showers didn’t work very well when both used, toilet seat wasn’t fixed when it was mentioned to be broken, check in procedure didn’t work well, towels weren’t cleaned daily, cleaning staff woke us up several times. the walls to the door were very thin so you were woken up by the doors to the building opening
