How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

No complaints.
The hotel was perfect for us. We were picked up from the airport, were able to check-in quickly and took the train to the city for the afternoon. The next morning, we were taken to the airport without any problems. The rooms is spacious, the beds very comfortable, and there are some free drinks and snacks included, which was great for an early start to the day. The staff was also extremely friendly. There are a few options to buy groceries or have dinner just a few minutes away. Happy to come back.

I didn't like the neighborhood but for one night it was ok. No cafe for breakfast.
Nice staff and convenient to the airport. Shuttle driver was very nice

The sewer smells came up to the room. The AC while being cold enough was blowing air right at our face.
The staff were really nice. The rooms were clean. There is an excellent duck place in front of the street by seven eleven.

The staff led you to your room and had the keys to let you in to your room before giving them to you once in the room. Some may like this personal touch, I felt it was a bit overbearing. The bed was quite hard. The shower had three tiles chipped out of the bottom and sitting in the shower, the water was very hot even on its lowest setting so I ended up showering with the hot water heater turned off. The water came down too fast for the drain so I had to turn the water off to let it go down the drain.
Airport shuttle was easy to use and was on time. Hotel was close to airport for an early morning flight. Offered water and snacks in the room. Air conditioning worked well.

Excellent location, perfect for the airport. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Excellent attention to detail with free snacks and toothbrushes. Airport transfer was very straightforward by the hotel too.

Quit Hotel, Friendly staff, Clean rooms with Coffee and Tea, also some Snacks, all free. The Shuttle Service 24/7 super. Some streetfood around, 7 eleven as well. I stayed 2 nichts anderes i fehlt very comfortable. Thanks

All good for the money.
Close to the airport, they will pick up and drop off for free. Very clean linen and good bed and excellent value for money with free water and coffee and tea. Really quiet which is a bonus near the airport and main motorways. Nice location and nice cheap eating nearby and a 7/11 within 70 metres. Staff very friendly and helpful. We only originally booked as we had a long gap between flights but actually would use it for longer if we came again.

The room met my expectations.
The hotel is a typical basic Bangkok airport hotel 10 minutes away from the airport. It looks very simple on the outside but do not be fooled. They offer transfers to and from the airport. I stayed one night only to catch an early flight, but were satisfied with the friendly reception, the room and the bed, and the transfer.

The room is not very clean and especially the bathroom. There is a really bad smell of sewer. If you want to go to the city center you have to go to train station which is a bit far and you walk through deserted roads full of stray dogs.
If you want to travel early in the morning is the perfect location to stay because is really close to the airport and they offer free shuttle from and to the airport. The room is big, nice bed and there is a coffee maker. The staff are friendly and helpful.
