- could do better sound proofing but luckily their club closes at 1am - pool is a bit small and water looked a bit cloudy (not dirty though) - wifi was a bit flaky.

- friendly staff - they have cold and hot water in the shower - tidy and spacious room - food is really nice (breakfast and lunch/dinner) - room service was pretty quick

No coffee at breakfast (Nescafe!!!Poor quality machine-made coffee onnrequest). Staff pleasant but rather hapless in restaurant.Not pro-active or preparing when items have run out. Corridors extremely warm (aircon never on), very noisy tiled corridor with guests slamming doors night time. Pool very small and not inviting (although seems to be clean). No coffee machine in rooms

Very professional and helpful staff. Excellent restaurant. The entire room was really comfortable. The safe in the room actually worked. The hotel is partnered with the SeaCoach Express airport boat, which has wonderful hard-working people wearing bright orange shirts. Absolutely recommended.

It was super expensive, more expensive than 5 star hotels in the U.S. which was insane to.me.

I liked the location of the hot how close it was to the beach. At night is was pretty calm and this made it easier for me to fall asleep. I also love how clean the hotel was, the staff cleaned althroughout the day.

The hotel is very clean and well mantained. The room was comfortable, good quality sheets and towels. Staff was cordial and efficient. The restaurant was very good and the gym was a pleasant surprise. I felt safe and comfortable.

Pool area was small and would have liked a bigger pool. There were 🦟 some days in my room and the corridor so had to ask new spraying of my room, but it was done immediately. Laundry needs proper instructions about ironing, And bringing in the clothes on hangers, otherwise they just fold your clothes and they end up creasy. Air-conditioning in my first room broke down and it took hours to get it fixed so had to change rooms

Great breakfast 🥞, but was missing fresh juices.... 🥥 Was cool though. The gym was small, but nice. Rooms and all facilities were impeccably clean and liked the African art on walls and lobby. I really liked the fact there were no carpets, but tile floors, which are much better for allergics and much more hygienic.

Lack of available parking space - one suggestion is to have an extra lot with valet parking. Also the internet was a bit tricky to manage (it went out in the room.

I wanted to see more local African cuisine on the menu because after all, it is an African country.

I loved the service, the staff provided better service than in European countries❤️ I loved their attention to details. This is a five star plus location the entire staff is excellent from the front desk, to the, kitchen staff.

Internet connection is intermittent, but that appears to be the case all over Freetown

This is 4 out of 5-star facility. It has all the conveniences one requires. Friendly staff, good food, excellent management. Clean and comfortable room. Well done!
