The front desk needs to give more effort about the hospitality. It’s not hard to smile and say “you’re welcome” whenever the guest say “thank you”. It’s basic manner. It’s bare minimum. However, the cleaner even more friendly.

The pricing is to be expected in Singapore! However breakfast should have been thrown in as FOC since the price was high! A small room is expected in Singapore but I wish the shower was roomier! My elbows kept hitting the walls!

The Location of the Hotel is excellent with its proximity to the MRT station and the numerous food outlets within shouting distance!

Room cleanliness is not what I satisfied with, especially the bathroom which is quite smelly and has black mold on the wall !

The room is quite small (we booked a double bed room). Maybe it's a cultural thingy? but the toilet got no bidet and no face towels provided. I booked the room as soon as Taylor Swift announced her tour stop but the room rate was still painful LOL but understandable.

The place is popular among Thais and close to MRT. It was our first time in Singapore so we chose this hotel since it's the most convenient. There are many food outlets nearby so it's even more convenient. The staffs were very friendly also. Check in and out were also super fast!

Front desk were not very friendly or helpful. They seemed to talk more to each other.

View from window was nice, had everything we needed in room, convenient to food and train!

The unpleasant smell in the toilet

We noticed the linen, the pillow case was little bit yellowish that makes it look untidy or unpleasant. The bathroom has no small towel only big towels.

Mainly its location, because we watch the Taylor Swift Eras Tour concenrt, it was near the venue just take the Lavender MRT. It is also close to many restaurants.

A very busy hotel, reception constantly full of people, I felt I paled into insignificance. With a busy hotel comes noise. Had 1 good nights sleep out of 3. Noisy lift shafts at night, could hear water gushing down pipes. 3rd night extremely noisy neighbours from 1am onwards, called reception twice, next door spoken too each time, noise finally stopped at 4am. No acknowledgment from hotel when I checked out😔.

Location was excellent. MRT right at hotel made travelling around Singapore stress free.

Maybe the walls are quite thin? IDK sometimes I can hear people from the hallways and water splashing from above us.

amazing location! easy access to MRT, pharmacy, and some food stalls! Room was decent, clean and was easy to get comfortable in. bathroom is good and has necessities you need for your stay. Has wifi, TV has YT but no netflix. Other than that, it's a value for money hotel :)

The location is superb. It is close to food, MRT, and other public facilities. The size of the room is just enough for our family and the cleanliness is also good. All in all, a very recommended place to stay!

Staff were not that supportive. We requested them for early check in, they had rooms but they were not ready to give early check in. Room service was also slow.

Room is a bit small for 3 people. When we arrived, the bedsheets weren't that clean
