Great hotel to stay in Singapore. The personnel is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The dealed great with all issues we had. Room was spaious enough and well equipped. Aircon was working fine. It was nice to have a bathtub in a room. Breakfast was great, especially salmon toasts. Location was convenient, nearby many malls, bus stations and metro. Botanical gardens are just a few stops away.

The location was excellent for my situation - recuperating from my knee operation but can easily commute to office and nearby amenities. Housekeeping was very well done. i love the bathroom with the bidet, nice-smelling bodywash and shampoo, strong water pressure.

I thought it a bit odd that i can charge some things and not others when dining in the japanese restaurant and bar in the hotel. I like the view from my windows but the outside was a bit dirty and dulled the view, in the daytime. Perhaps a more comfortable chair would be useful to enable work at the desk.

The best and delicious breakfast ever we ate during holidays. The hotel is accessible to all famous attractions in Singapore either by bus, train and taxi. Staff are really helpful and room is very clean and view is amazing facing the Mount Faber.

The aesthetics of the building made us attracted to this property. We loved the huge balcony, cleverly built that we were able to open the windows although it was raining heavily. The outdoor gym was a bonus that stood from other properties.

The overall space did not match the size of the building from the outside. Lobby was small and in the open air. A little warm when we checked in.

Fabulous location, short walk to city hall metro. 10/15 minute walk to marina bay. Close to all the sites. Very comfortable beds and a great view of the marina bay from our room.

Room was quite dark, which was very good for sleeping in. We were permitted a late check out 12.45pm, which we appreciated. The staff were very accommodating.

The dead rat in the driveway could have been moved. Room was small-ish and we were kept awake by people talking.
