“Very comfortable beds, gorgeous bathroom, little USB charges over the bed. we got upgraded to the newer block of apartments which was a nice little surprise. The manager spent time with us helping us plan some parts of our trip.”

“A hidden gem indeed. We went there for my birthday and it was just amazing. The staff is very kind and they made my day so memorable even when they didn't have. It is a perfect place for someone who wants a calm, peaceful stay yet filled with a few activities like feeding wild animals 😉. The food is great. They have board games like 30 seconds, scrabble etc one can enjoy with their family. You can also drive to Maltahöhe town to eat or have a drink at the Maltahohe hotel for a day visit and or to shop at the thrift and craft shops like Pappet. Worth every coin.”

“The owner was very friendly and welcoming, and also provided us with a hiking paths, one also for sunset watching. Being in the middle of nothing is great for star gazing.”

“The staff were an absolute stand out, particularly Belinda - they all went out of their way to assist their guests. The rooms were very comfortable and the Lodge is about a 45 minute drive to the Sesriem Gates of the Sossusvlei national park. Breakfast and dinner were included and for a special experience, we were treated to some entertainment by the staff after dinner one night. We were sorry that we had to leave!”
