The villas were a bit outdated. Given that we visited during Spring Break, prices were way too high. The bed on the villas was noisy, I couldn't move without waking up my daughter who was sleeping next to us on the sofa-bed. Beds and sofa-bed on the villas were uncomfortable. The flooring on the villas looked like it was installed by someone inexperienced, since the vinil planks were separated and lose. One major drawback was that the hotel didn't have kid pack-and-play, so keep this in mind if travelling with kids.

The pool area was very inviting. It had nice shallow area for kids, an area about 4ft deep which was good enough to get refreshed, and a fun pool bar. The hotel rooms seems like they were recently renovated, so it has plenty of power outlets, and USB ports (on the hotel - not villas). With direct access to the beach, and rooms facing west, sunsets were breathtaking! The service staff was very friendly. Villas were very spacious. Drinks at the pool bar were very good.

We paid for villa, which was nice as expected. However, the couch had huge tears in it so we were scared to even sit on it. Ripped couch for that price, not good.

Loud music from the central courtyard/bar despite if there were any patrons there or not. That said, the music shut down at 10pm every night.

Pool bartenders were a bit bland because their whole focus was on getting tips rather than giving the customer a good experience but other than that the drinks were amazing and the whole experience was great. I would've drank more had the vibe been with more joy and fun.

Facilities were amazing and everything wad clean. I enjoyed how easy it was to access everything. Weather was a bit cloudy for one day but the pool more than made up for it. The drinks were the bomb and the room was extremely comfortable. I had a wonderful anniversary!

The room cleaning/housekeeping staff and gardeners will start working very early around 7am (almost every day) and make a lot of noise, which of course is not ideal for a relaxing holiday.

Great location, just a bit outside of Rincon's town center. Very nice and clean rooms and great view. Large pool with bar, good food and drinks offer. Many restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within walking distance. Beach access, but many amazing beaches are within 1 hour drive from the hotel. All the staff (reception, bar, housekeepers, etc...) was always super nice and compliant.

Sliding glass door in room stuck horribly and was hard to open/close. Rooms are in need of repairs/updates. Not walking distance to surfing beaches.
