The nearby construction on Tran Hung Dao road made the nearby area dusty and taxis need to detour to hotel. Hotel is indeed run down though I am pretty satisfied with the cleanliness.

The location is truly the best especially if u r visiting the nearby Hanoi I.C.E exhibition for work. Hotel staff, especially the man at the reception is the best. He'll go all out to serve and assist.

The hotel is little out dated but they have some exceptional rooms, you just have to ask for it. Shower not so great and is on top of the bathtub.... I'm ok with that.

Good location, quiet Street and 22 minutes walking exercise to the main centre. It's in the Old Quarter Centre but away from the tourist area. Less than 10 minutes walk to Hanoi Station. The staff is so lovely and good breakfast.

The night I got there, I almost couldn't find it because the doorman was asleep on the floor which made things difficult. I also was never able to try the breakfast because it was you series of steps that i couldn't get to in my wheelchair.

I got stuck here because of a visa mishap so a week here seemed like a good option. For the price, it was pretty good. It's not as nice as other places in Hanoi, nor is it near downtown but that is a short taxi ride away and the location was pretty great, being that it's kinda in the center of everything.

Rooms are bit old. My first room was not very clean and smelled fermented. They agree to change it without saying anything. The new one was much better.

Location is a bit outside touristic area, but nice neighborhood. Staff was helpful, they agreed to change my room without any need to discuss. Wi-Fi is really good. Breakfast is ok

The room size was small and had difficulty keeping a large suitcase and personal belongings of two people. It is not a complain. Most Hanoi hotels have smaller rooms. Shower is on a bath tub at an elevated level and if the guest has a mobility issues bath room could present safety issues.

Location. Hotel is very close to Hanoi Main Railway station.This is an ideal place to stay overnight and catch the train next day. It is also close to cultural centres, embassies and governments offices. The lady at the reception was very helpful with providing directions to various venues including food outlets.

Some areas of the room/hotel looked a bit old and in need of repair, but in general a great spot close to the station for one or two nights.

Even thou we could see that the room was renovated, we could still smell that the room was definitely mouldy. The ac didn't work correctly, so even thou we set it for 16 degrees to have some fresh air, it didn't work and was bloasting hot air.

Very good location close to the train station and close to the streets were more local people chill and go out. Still very close to the old quarter. The staff was great and very helpful. Bed in the room was super comfy, too.

Hotel is Perhaps a bit far 20 mins to walk from to the centre of Hanoi old town and lake for older people. Perhaps more choices of Satelite TV channels would be good for western guests, incl. News eg BBC and CNN

This hotel was good value for money with excellent buffet breakfast both European and Vietnamese with fruits, hot and cold choices. Room was cleaned daily and the Superior Room with covered Patio was perfect. Perhaps a bit too cold to sit on in December. All Staff were very helpful and friendly. The WiFi in room was excellent! Great stay for 7 nights.
