I booked there for 5 nights but i not got it what I booked, they are not facilityed me what I booked for and zero Hospitalty , i canceled my booking with in 3 hour after I checked in but they still stealed money from me , the whole stafs were a Big liar Specialy the Manger

The rooms are comfortable but on the smaller size and the decor is bit dated. A facelift will make it a more attractive proposition. The bathroom's also need to be upgraded. The Pakistani food available at Bokhara restaurant was overall average with the serving staff not coming across as very professional. The hotel bakery had very limited selection while I had expected more, it being part of a very reputable hotel chain.

The hotel staff were amazingly courteous, professional and helpful. Due to an extended stay I had a number of interactions with various members of the hotel team. I must mention front office team members Ms. Jennifer, Ms. Aiman, Ms. Rameeza and Mr. Hameed. They are all exceptional professionals with very pleasant personalities and great energy levels. In conversations they came across as well educated, cultured and knowledgeable. Having stayed at hotels all over the world these ladies and gentleman compare favourably with any international hospitality professionals. All of them are a credit to their establishment. The other good thing was the quality of food and service at the Tai-pan Chinese restaurant. The restaurant staff took obvious pleasure in serving me and were very knowledgeable about the dishes being served. The location of the hotel is a very convenient one, with good communication connections to rest of Rawalpindi and main Islamabad.

When both the hotel and the guest are local, why to charge in American currency USD instead of Pak Rupees? Point to ponder for both the hotel management and people at booking.com

PC Rwp is a mediocre 3-stars hotel, and a VERY BAD choice for the amount of money they are charging it is being advertised as 5 stars is WRONG.!!! i stayed in ''so called'' executive room. The room is ordinary, no stationary, not amenities like shower robe, Chiller was a fixed operation unit, either close or full-blown cold temperature, regulator was not working, the room has no guide who to call for room service, housekeeping etc, i had to figure it out by dialing zero, no sockets to attach devices chargers, when you call zero, they send a locally made extension cable that runs all over your bed side table (hahahah, 5 star hotel !!!), etc. The bathroom was pathetically old and filthy tiles (stained), tub is stained, taps were not clean, wash basin was not clean, muslim shower was dripping, no place to hang clothes except two small clips at the door, furniture was pathetic. Breakfast was so ordinary, low choices, no fresh juice or fruit, a filthy old, damaged toaster etc..

Ac of my room was not working on complaint they changed the room and moved us on 6th floor in which room ac was working but room was old and third class. I could say hotel one got better room as compare to pc room. Whereas hotel one room are very reasonably priced compare to pc room.
