Business travel - visit fair at Westfalenhalle - for that purpose the location is absolutely perfect

Hotel parking was full, street parking and parking garages nearby all full or reserved - that was annoying.

We went to a concert next door and just came to the hotel to sleep and left the next morning at around 6 am to be back on time for school and work - the room was OK, we slept well.

I booked as a solo traveller. The room I choose was a double with double bed. I only found one pillow on the bed (which was bad as I use to sleep on two pillows especially because the one provided was quite low).

Rooms are spacious, though last year I got a superior room and it was slightly better in terms of confort. The bathroom is a bit old, but it is functional (I guess the bathtub is useless nowadays and a large shower would be better). Breakfast is amazing, full of choice and pretty good coffee, too.

Visiting for the football game and for that purpose can't be any better..just 5 mins walk. Deluxe suit was excellent, over the top comfort. Breakfast was good too.

Breakfast was very good. There was very tasty bread and spreads - good for vegetarians. The stadium was an easy walk to the football stadium where we went for an interesting tour. It was a short taxi ride to the Christmas market and the staff were excellent at getting us taxis.

I didn’t like the fact that the outlet for the charger from my phone was so far away from my pillow that I couldn’t use my phone when I was in bed. It was very cold, but when I came in in the evening, the window was left open to vent

I liked everything.

The hotel is very nice, good location, garage and staff is very pleasant and professional. Even when the dinner a la cart menu was limited, staff and cook find a solution to cook and serve according to my preferences.

Price is a little on the high side, would recommend going with breakfast included as that is £18 per day otherwise. If you drive there parking is £18 per day on top.

Great Breakfast with plenty of choice, good coffee. Good size very clean room with comfortable bed. Shower had good water pressure and temperature. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location easy to get to just off the Autobahn, with Dortmund Messe just across a walk bridge. The food in the restaurant was excellent with the ribeye steak being the best on the menu.

The room was clean and tidy. However, it did feel a little tired and in need of updating, particularly the bathroom.

The hotel is in a perfect location. It is ideally situated for visiting Borussia Dortmund.

Only a small thing. The choice of evening meal was a bit limited. Expand the menu please. And the option for decaffeinated coffee. If it was there and I didn't see it !! Better identification possibly!!

All aspects of our stay went really well. I appreciate the room wasn't disabled friendly, not a real problem. Did find the bathroom a bit of a tight squeeze getting in. Not a complaint I may add!! Felt well looked after by the staff. Good location for what we wanted to do at the exhibition hall!! Good breakfast selection.

Very clean and professionally presented. Staff were very helpful and friendly, as a non German speaker they were very patient our needs. Great location for our trip (travelled specifically for the football). Excellent hotel as a whole.

I had only one very thin pillow in the bed. would be nice to have a few for more comfort.

The hotel is in a great location for visiting a match at Signal Iduna Park. few minutes walk. It is also close to city center with maybe a 20 min walk. lots of restaurants around. Very good buffet breakfast. The rooms could do with an update but are comfortable. The staff make this place. always friendly and cheerful and helpful. Really excellent service and a warm and welcoming place to stay.
