Everythink was amazing, it is very charming and comfy, bedrooms over two storey, right on the high street with lots of shops and restaurants, 50m to the port, nice bakery for fresh bread and coffee for morning right next doors.

Good location, reasonable price. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff friendly. Nice to get free drinks in mini bar. Love the sauna area and good gym.

Electricity was out for all of our first day. Everything was in darkness and no facilities were available. Whilst electricity was back in the evening wifi never came back for the entire 5 days. We were charged full price despite this. A discount should have been offered. Would also be nice to have better hair dryers that do not cut out every 5 min and there are no coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast is expensive.

The email suggesting to ore check-in online dies not work properly and it's useless if you don't have German papers but this is disclosed only after entering tge credit card where an amount is preblocked

The room is just too small for the size of the furniture. The beds have sharp edges with tripping points and the tv is set way out from the wall to be hit at shoulder height when passing the bed.
