Probably one of the worst experience for me. I went there and was notified that they are full. So they asked me to move to another property by saying it belongs to them. I did go however it was horrible. There were mosquitos all over. Washroom was in worst condition. The wall paint was getting off. There was smell everywhere in the new booking and they literally took 10k almost from me for that. I had an embassy appointment however it was the worst stay for anyone! PLEASE AVOID!

The hotel needs some tender loving care ‘Deluxe Room’ 😂. Breakfast brought to your room. Hot water unreliable. I would have liked a window.

Stay proved horrible when water was not available in the bath room early in the morning so had to wait till 0845 AM to take shower. Hot water facility was not available at all. NOT RECOMMENDED for lawyers or early risers to stay there. Despite having all my data Available with them being an online booking customer, they took my CNIC for entry and forgot to return on checkout out time so I had to get back to them again before departure to collect my CNIC. Despite having ample space available with them they offer least comfortable and small rooms to online customers. This is same to almost all hotels offer online booking facility. If asked for a better option they try to charge more in the name of ground floor, large room etc.

Almost everything except it’s location. Size of the room was good. I had bad bugs on bed. The bed liner was not properly washed. When I try to take the shower , there was a yellowish water came out first and then somehow clean water but not clean. Upon asking the staff about that , was told that it’s normal since it’s not in use. Disappointing breakfast. These guys are just ripping people off by showing good photos of the building. Avoid if you can.
