First apartment I was given, the aircon and stove wasnt working. Couch torn. Requested to move to another apartment which was better than the first but got locked out twice as the card wasn't working, no bathmat in the bathroom. Found a few dead roaches. Could do with new utensil, cutlery, pots and pans.

Location is good, hotel well kept. Hotel staff friendly.

I moved to Gateway after having issues with the bed at a previous hotel. The staff were very friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast. Very close to the airport and I had a late check out.

- Housekeeping was poor. We stayed for three nights, had requested for clean/new towels on the second day and did not receive any, had to resort to getting our own towels. - Full sized tennis court also needs to have ball and kits for guests' usage. - Although working, AC's recommended to be upgraded to newer models, to reduce noise and energy consumption. - Review water supply as water pressure (especially to all the showers) were low.

Great value for money. The two bedroom apartment was spacious with comfortable rooms, well kitted kitchen. Decent pool and gym facilities were a bonus. Well spaced, and quiet, relaxing location.

1) Room had windows but we're locked we couldn't open. 2) Room was over-perfumed with the air freshener and floor cleaners that it was irritating. 3) Air Con in room needs cleaning as they're old. 4) Two of us in the room, only a towel in the room, despite requesting for an extra towel, we weren't given.

Things not as advertised 1. No washer dryer available 2. Air conditioning in one room not working so had to move mattress to the other room. 3. Only 1 towel was available so had to call for towels and bath mats

Not that it was a big deal but reported to the reception that the TV wasnt working but no-one attended to it (although the the guy advised that he would send someone up to check) I need to point out that the pool was dirty . You had over adults jumping in with full on clothes , young ladies combing their hair in the pool. Grease on the top layer suface of the pool

The front desk staff need to be more customer friendly, they place a higher priority over a phone call than the customer standing at the desk. My greeting from the front desk staff member was: "Do you need something" I explained I wished to check in and was then asked if I had booked. The front desk staff need to spend a couple of hours with the front door security to learn some customer service skills. Also the staff need to check that everything works in the room and that the TV is tuned in. I have stayed at the Gateway twice in little over a week, on both occasions the TV was not working,

The location is excellent for those of us that live in other provinces and need to overnight in POM. The security staff on the front door are very good, helpful and friendly.

airport transfer was delayed for about 30 minutes. the deluxe room had only 1 towel. there wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner in the room.

Not enough staff at the reception counter to handle the volume of traffic. This resulted in long waits. A common booking dot com issue is getting a smaller or more poorly positioned room if using the service. My room was the smallest in the hotel and a bit claustrophobic and with no desk. There were a few accoutrements missing from the room.

It's a great location close to the airport. A security company now runs the shuttle bus between the hotel and the airport. The room and facilities were very clean and up to expectations. Good dining options available too.
