I can't think of a single thing I didn't like.

I ate by the pool...the staff is so lovely and accommodating. Very tranquil and quiet and charming. Next time I will get massage and hammam!

Wow what an amazing place! We were blown away by the beautiful decor and had a great time in the family suite. The dinner was one of the best meals I've ever had. So fresh and tasty. During both breakfast and dinner we felt spoiled and enjoyed every bite. They will take great care of you here!

Bathroom is beautiful but the sink design is a bit inconvenient, water pressure can be a bit unstable.

The beauty of the riad was outstanding. The staff was so welcoming and always very helpful. The breakfast was served every morning either outside front of the plunge pool or inside in a lovely Moroccan garden with orange trees. The room was spotless and very clean. The riad is located in a super quiet location away from the noises of Marrakech. It's about 10/15 minutes walk from the souk and main square. Overall a fantastic place.

The pool was beautiful, but maybe it could have been filled with a little more water? The bathroom was really beautiful, but the faucet was placed a lttle too far from the sink so the water would spill out when you're washing your hands. I kept hitting my head on the light when standing up to use the toilet. Shower wand holder was not adjustable, water sprayed too high. Air conditioning didn't seem to reach the bedroom. Air conditioner was a bit loud. My aunt slipped on one of the outdoor steps, I think more anti skid tape should be placed on the edges. Dinner was a little expensive, we ended up canceling when we found out it would cost twice as much as going to a nice restaurant.

The breakfast was perfect. A little too much food though, we were so full we never ate the bread. The service was amazing. Yhe maid did an excellent job of cleaning the room. I liked the staff. The were always so friendly and helpful. My wife and mother really enjoyed the hamam. I really liked how the riad was decorated. Itmade for some really nice photos

pool towels and slipers should be replaced. also was not very excited about dinner. would not order dinner again there (especially for 20eur).

its very clean and the interior is very cosy. you will be suprised that there is dining area, hammam, massage rooms and pool and rooftop terrace. i really enjoyd staying there!

Perfect. A quiet haven just a stroll away from the busy medina. The staff were welcoming and gave advice regarding activities and arranged taxis for us when needed. The food was traditional and was prepared and presented to a very high standard. The rooms are spacious and very clean with comfortable beds. It is a fantastic place and would highly recommend it.

The accommodation was beautiful, with plenty of varied spaces for guests to relax. It’s very peaceful, despite being in a busy part of the city. Staff were very friendly and accommodating also. There are great amenities too.

The only problem is that taxis can’t get right to the hotel. But if you want to stay in the Kasbah, that’s common. It’s only a half block from where the taxis can drop you and staff will assist getting bags in and out .

Excellent location . William, the owner, even introduced himself. We got into a long conversation and he even showed us to the main market on his way home in the evening. This place feels like Morocco.

Staff super nice, welcoming and helpful. William helped us solving a problem we got with a scammer we dealt with parking our car. The room was perfect with a cozy terrace. Breakfast was superb Parking is located at 5 minutes walking, just near the gate, and you must not pay more than 40 MAD per night, otherwise bargain until you reach that price.
