The H&S of the property was shockingly bad. Nails poking out of broken planks, the pool was only 3/4 full.there were hazards everywhere it was truly dangerous for small kids. The spa pool was empty but not covered No bar or restaurant was open / apart from breakfast

Wonderful! Charming chalet village. My delightful chalet on the beach had a magical sea view from my bed and pool view from my dining room. Very private and quiet, excellent nights sleep. Fantastic walk in shower. Very kind and gracious staff. Well located for sightseeing tours to Taqah Castle and the delightful Merchant House opposite (incense making workshops with Heidi). I also enjoyed trips organised by Mohammed at Aryaf Jebreen Tourism (AJtourism.Om) to the enchanting Samharam UNESCO Archaeological site, magical Mirbat Castle, Frankincense valley and museum... and wadis and paradise waterfalls. I’ll be back... Salalah is a paradise and the Samharam Tourist Village is delightful. P.s. The chicken briyani is excellent, you can also ask for it as a take away picnic on day trips to the beach or mountains.

Unmaintained surrounding, no chairs and table outside a terrase, service holes not covered nor marked, no wi-fi in my room (but i knew about this).

Insect infestation found on the last morning I was there. I would not have stayed there if I find before. The pool was not open and the shower was warm but leaked extremely badly

did‘nt get the right room as booked, very old furniture and infrastructure, in the garden I had my first ever meeting with cockroaches … arrived in the night, so I wanted to give it all a chance and waited for the morning. the beach was disgusting, dead fish and clamshell, dirty, no beds, view to the Harbour … breakfast less choice coffee from papercups… immediately changed the hotel

in room wall some children made drawings. it was not removed. out side rooms small balcony with full of insects and mosquitos. chairs in the balcony were broken. pool is not temperature controlled. overall experience was Bad. if visit to salalah again in future never stay in that hotel.

I stayed for 4 nights..... The bed sheet wasn't changed I kept lipstick marks as a proof and nothing bother them.... No Covid-19 protocol followed... The bedsheets..... Blanket and bed sheets are very old seems never been changed since for years....... Too much mosquitoes......many bugs.... The restaurant staff are very rude.... Unprofessional....... They don't know how to treat customers....... The water heater isn't working..... The hotel hospitality is poor not value for money...

Wi-Fi is not available in Villa rooms. They mentioned that Wi-Fi is available in public areas, but it’s only available in reception and it’s weak either. There is no gym or spa .
