Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Fabulous location, very close to an MRT station. We booked the VIP room and it was very spacious. Very comfortable bed. Really nice to have a big bathtub in the bathroom. No wardrobe, just a couple of hangers but this is typical for Taipei. Staff were lovely. There was a bit of a delay in checking in which was a bit inconvenient but the staff were really nice. It would have been better if we were told a specific time so that we could plan the visit a bit better. Breakfast was ok. Selection of Asian and European foods.

AustriaThe bed is HARD, if you’re not into that, you probably won’t sleep that well. The cleaning could be better, found some used slippers and face masks in my room.
Very good location - the Nanjing Fuxing MRT station is 5 minutes away, it’s close to everywhere and there are lots of convenience stores and restaurants around. The staff was exceptionally kind and friendly! Breakfast offers both local and western options and the ladies working in the restaurant are wonderful.

AustraliaThe hotel's location is good as it's not far from the MRT station. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room has a lounger but lacks a luggage rack, which makes the space feel very small. The window faces another room's window, and it's unpleasant to open the curtains, resulting in a dark room. The room, toilet, and shower were all clean. I enjoyed my stay and plan to return next time.

Don’t judge the hotel from the exterior which looks dated. Guest rooms and public area have been refurbished so they are not outdated, at least you could find a number of usb plugs near the headboard. Those cheerful, efficient and experienced staffs are definitely a plus to this little gem. Breakfast and car parking are included in the rate.
